19/7/2006 12:44 | I know of no rumours, but do become concerned when results are delayed - invariably it's not for good reasons. | ![]() spaceparallax
19/7/2006 09:46 | Today's results have just been delayed - and they can't spell "imminently". Both of these facts are discouraging. Any rumours out there? | ![]() mctmct
13/7/2006 15:26 | Unusually large drop. | ![]() spaceparallax
29/6/2006 11:30 | Could we see a classic VTS surge? | ![]() spaceparallax
23/6/2006 12:46 | The new Investor Chronicle of 23 June june has issued a correction to its AIM Tax Free article. They screwed up in a major way on their 2nd listing list. They will produce a new list on their website. So I guess VTS is IHT exempt after 2 years after all. Thank goodness. | ![]() zingaro
19/6/2006 13:28 | The Investor Chronicle of 16-22 June (which I never otherwise buy) had an article on the Tax-Free (primarily Inheritiance Tax) properties of AIM shares. Now since I own these shares for this reason I was suprised to find them NOT on the list of shares benefitting from this IHT exemption. Apparently they have a dual listing which removes the exemption. Now I was not aware of this 2nd or other listing nor does it seem to appear on the Vantis web site. Has IC made a mistake ? | ![]() zingaro

07/6/2006 14:41 | Don't fret, history suggests that you'll get another buying oppo! | ![]() spaceparallax
07/6/2006 13:53 | Yes, certainly possible that this could continue up. I'm already regretting selling !! | ![]() chester
06/6/2006 10:42 | Chester, Hi, have been away for ten days. Very pleased to see the share price recovery and, on past behaviour, I suspect that the minor retrace will be a pause for breath. I don't know why, but VTS seems to be a share that moves ahead dramatically - wouldn't be surprised to see us hit 300p before long. On journals, yes I very much like GCI. The publication appears less slick than many others, but the tips therein do seem to be generally good and well researched - they appear to spot things ahead of the pack. | ![]() spaceparallax

30/5/2006 09:27 | SP - Do you like the GCI. I subscribe to SCSW but haven't seen GCI. | ![]() chester
26/5/2006 11:07 | Chester, just what I was thinking. We've seen this pattern before - if you're right, we should see a charge (albeit likely to be muted because of the current Market gloom). | ![]() spaceparallax
26/5/2006 10:03 | i think this could go from here.... | ![]() chester
15/5/2006 10:55 | May issue of GCI retains its BUY stance on Vantis - also, nice to see the share price holding up pretty well. | ![]() spaceparallax
08/5/2006 12:47 | Piedro, Thanks for that, I also hold BEG and have never really been able to understand the different ratings i.e. they do seem similar in many ways and yet BEG is prone to undergoing significant rises and falls (of which VTS indulges to a lesser dgree). The recent BEG rise C 60% takes the share price well towards the recently suggested target price of 250p - can't help feeling that is all rather premature. Conversely, VTS seems to be very modestly PE rated. Hopefully, when next we receive hard figures, things might move towards a PE 20. | ![]() spaceparallax
06/5/2006 12:15 | An interesting review of VTS..........worth reading. According to Ben Archer, an analyst at Charles Stanley, robust organic growth and a proven strategy of bolt-on acquisitions, which offer the potential for modest upgrades, the company's rating is undemanding. "The valuation is a significant discount to Begbies Traynor [BEG], which is on 24.3 times April 2007 forecast earnings, despite our view they are quite similar businesses," he explained. | ![]() piedro
05/5/2006 08:16 | Good TS - keeping things heading in the right direction. | ![]() spaceparallax
05/5/2006 06:58 | ... and now, an in-line trading update. There's still value here. | ![]() mctmct

03/5/2006 14:08 | Great timing Chester well done!! I don't know the guess would be someone put out a take profits rec, lot of small selling early yesterday, and the mms forever short of stock walked it down to unlock a few more stop losses, then the rebound on great volume. Fell exactly 20% from peak and exactly 10% at low point intraday yesterday - classic mms!! now above yesterday's open. | ![]() egoi
03/5/2006 08:11 | What a strange blip - don't really understand why - perhaps a few sellers fearing perceived dilution after the recent acquisition. Anyway, we appear to be heading the right way now and indeed yesterday might have provided the catalyst to reactivate the SP | ![]() spaceparallax |
