The rampers can keep ramping and convince yourselves. This is the Emperor's New Clothes ,there is absolutely NOTHING here other than ramp and pump but its working so fair play to you and if it helps Suzy to get the placing away at a better price good luck to her.

I put the odds of THX transferring £1.3m of cash to VAL before the year end at ABSOLUTE ZERO.

Simply amazing that punters will chuck money at something about to run out of cash at the year end - just shows you

When the confirmation rns lands to confirm 201 deal complete today’s rise will pale into insignificance as valirx will rerate. First time in its history that it will have produced a deal for one of its products. Remember the rise to 60p plus when talk of a deal? This time the market will have to rerate. Imho. 👌👍

Thanks but I will take any posts from Hoosierdaddy will a pinch of salt.

A professional company would build a professional website especially if they have had 3 years to build it.

Look at ValiRx website it is what I would expect to see from a company.

And why has it only gone live now?

People have searched for ages about information for them and found nothing except some company with an almost identical company name that is not our TRX.

I am not convinced.

From someone on LSE Ben....

Well, a very well researched chap has noted that the website was created on the 27th Oct 2020...The day BEFORE TheoremRx were incorporated on the 28th Oct 2020. Coincidence? or someone with a crystal ball Porky? You know it's coming now.

That website seems fishy to me, the website is totally bare aside from a front page, drop down menus are bare and have no additional features, the contact form doesn't send a feedback email if you send a message. Sorry but unless those luxury apartments where the address shows online have been turned into office spaces then to me this is bs (do a google search) there is loads of information about the location. This seems like a poor attempt at pumping this news.I'm not saying what Suzy said about giving a significant update isn't true but this seem to me like when we had the hot stocks bs nonsense claiming 201 funding was imminent and there where lists of apparent investor companies ect.Someone is poorly attempting a misdirection here!

You really have a warped sense of reality @Jasonpugh

The object of the ramping team now is to pump this, down average some more try and sucker some newbies in to get the share price up so the placing comes at at a better price. It won’t work, Market not stupid, 4p to secure £800k and return for more first quarter 2024 - watch this space

Porky is a full time payed employee of nick slater. A very good employee at that. 4am posts in the style of war and peace. When valirx was at 30p plus he was ramping it and this coincided with slater buys. This time it’s deramping when slater sells or sold. Research for yourself. If porky is not working for someone why post relentlessly and put in the hrs if your not invested ? As I say not rocket science. Look at the historical timings of porky posts. Change of sentiment and slater tr1. Won’t say good look (northern accent) DYOR🦍

Threatened by the tone of a Q & A? What planet are you on???
The lab will deliver the square route of FA profit to the bottom line, I would expect a few lab wins for sure but on the basis of one scientist delivering 175k revenue and 25k bottom line and they have three, as explained it’s dam labour intensive and they need a lot of scientists and a heck of a lot of contracts to get anywhere. It will take years and a lot of cash for that lab to make VAL profitable. I suggest you bother to research the CRO sector and look at the revenues/ profits.majority are making a loss and the best run ones can contribute 20% bottom line. VAL has a cash burn of £2.4m to cover off.

As for 201 it’s a dead duck IMO. Out dated and they missed the boat. Two years lost time with a two bit start up - it won’t complete.

Finally, the only one spinning anything is VAL, everyone has an opinion. As for no idea where they are at with funding, you are right I don’t, they could be sitting there doing absolutely nothing in nieve bliss expectation THX will deliver like two years back and end up doing emergency funding to keep the lights on. After all the FD Gerry is as useful as a chocolate teapot and led them to that place last time, so why should it be any different now?

Let’s see what happens: at best a few low value lab wins, some fluff cohab news and a placing to ensure they can carry on with it.

For this play to be investable I stand by my view it needs board changes desperately, it needs a significant reduction to its cash burn and it needs to rethink/ change its strategy. Anyhow we will know very shortly won’t we.

Lol P9, l sense you feel a little threatened by the tone of the upbeat Q&A. Sounds like 201 is very much operational which will mean no need for a placing as you keep trying to second guess. To be frank you have no idea at what stage VAL is with their IP, funding and lined up revenue from the lab and just trying to spin everything to the negative for your own agenda. Probably best give up the ghost now with some dignity before 4D repeats itself here for you in terms of a negative outcome. Have a great weekend all.

In the latest video presentation from suzy and captain marvel not the captain cox it’s the first time I’ve seen so much confidence in 201 being completed. Yes a few minutes on the word certainty took place by captain cox however overall they seem very confident. What most are missing however is they are focused on the initial cash. A couple of mill and extrapolating it in cash burn potential. The main driver when 201 success arrives is the psychology of the deal to the market. First time in valirx history a product has raised cash (lab excluded of course). This in my view will rerate as the market digests. And then a placing at higher levels. IMHO of course. 🦆

So I had a look back at where the share price was when the TheormRx deal was announced back in November 2001.Val was around 35 and ranged between 30 and 40 for the next 6 months. It started to fall when delay after delay was announced and then dropped to 10 as a fundraise was announced at 10p.So where will the price be if the deal is confirmed in the next few months?
