Answer me these three simple questions.

1) Is it legal to claim copyright to publicly available to anyone content?
2) Why would a business register a domain as a private individual?
3) Why is the business address a 3 bed private accomodation in a towerblock?

I'm not saying you're 100% wrong and I have to admit the registration date appears uncanny. But would a business that wants to be taken seriously set up a website this way? (oops 4th question)

Have you considered that the entire TRX could be a shrewd move to get free work from ValiRx (as they have been for two years plus)... Then once collapsed, buy 201 etc for virtually nothing in liquidation. SuZy certainly seems stupid enough to let this happen (based on what we've seen so far)

Ok, so someone other than TheoremRx created that website 3 years ago, coincidentally on the same day as that company was incorporated? And waited til now to add content?

Ps. Porky comment at 07:37 this morning on lse gives be confidence. It’s predicting a placing at 4p now rather than its previous prediction of 2p. 100% increase. Well dun 👍

I don't need to try harder. I'm just pointing out a fact that you can't copyright stock images from the internet and claim them as your own. Many people have pointed out flaws in the theory that the website is owned by TRX. See the whois information for a start. Not registered to a business. Private accomodation in a towerblock in Manhattan as the address. YOU need to try harder.

It's almost interesting to guess which version of you will be posting on this BB Jason Spew - almost... You castigate the BoD & Company repeatedly for weeks on end, stating also how you've sold your last shares, then at a hint of positive news or share price increase you 'flipflop' your opinion presumably so you can appear 'how smart and insightful am I' if something positive comes off....

Patrick Frankham’s Twitter account and TheoremRx’s website are both genuine.

The Q&A was massively suggestive (“substantial update before end of year”). Never seen them so confident.

It all points to 201 being completed by year end. It’s not a guarantee. If you want that, put your money in a savings account.

Some are suggesting that the tweet regarding Theormrx’s is not genuine. Ironmighty post from yesterday 18:11 hrs on lse chat is quite interesting it saying in essence that if it wasn’t genuine then why is Cathy tralau Stewart of valirx following him? For me the reason the share price is recovering is primarily due to the latest video and especially Suzys comments at 7:01 mins in.
Good degree of certainty that the deal will complete this year. She knows if her comments don’t come to fruition then shareholders would remove her and kevin cox. Anyway two good days. Big new buyers aswell. DYOR

Nobody would take warrants unless they can sell at profit. So warrants are not good for other shareholders as they dilute as fed back in market.

This is a P&D hype bubble, absolutely no substance behind the rise but hopefully enable suzy to get the placing over the line before cash runway runs out if she acts quick enough.

Mind you knowing that Gerry he will probably do nothing to advise and run this to the wire again and then find they can’t complete the placing at 4p and need to call EGM for more headroom for emergency placing and struggle to get it.

Suzy will get some extra cash from warrants at 15p and then we will SMASH 20p!

Yeah right, now it’s THIS MONTH, yeah nothing in last two years but it’s now this month.
I predict the share price will be back at 5p on or before 31/10 or 4p if Suzy can get the 20m placed at 4p to give them £800k to keep the lights on in the New Year.
Seen this play out so so many times now
Will know soon enough. It those left holding the baby suckered in I feel sorry for, it won’t be the BOD that’s for sure.
