@Wulber
Let’s see what lands first then shall we
A commercial deal with cash on the table north of £2.5m to cover a years funding OR a discounted placing on VALs current eye watering 10m valuation. Answers on a postcard.

They have given our prize asset 201 to a start up for £1.3m down which still hasn’t completed in nearly two years and now all of a sudden they are going to negotiate a real deal and get some cash in on a pre-clinical asset?

So far they have proven they can’t negotiate their way out of a paper bag.

@Jasonpugh
And you are about to learn a lesson that there is no such thing as a certain bet when it comes to penny shares. This one is a veteran when it comes to raise/spend/consolidate and you will soon see it in action. It is on AIM to raise cash for a reason.

15 years no revenue, 3 shares consolidations, five raises since Suzy took over and about to see a sixth. Follow the BOD, they are not buying for a reason, follow what they do. Buy when Stella buys.

Meanwhile results statement illustrating the increased cash burn due any moment.Good luck with that.

The presentation is very impressive and this IP alone could move VAL to a triple digit share price This should get snapped up pretty quick by big pharma IMHO.

But porky. Professor Martin ulmschneider is not a “ numb n..s is he. Hes not comparing financial but efficiency of drug comparisons. You really need to watch the video of his presentation. If you want i will give you a 20% discount tutorial on how to process financial information. Cant ask for more. Much love Ja 👌👍

Poor Porky is clearly getting a little rattled. Wonder why? Surely can’t be because his one-man deramping campaign is as transparent as it is desperate, and failing at that. :)

As in from a financial perspective, numb nuts - half a billion revenue v ZERO revenue.

I had the exact same situation on 4D where they compared Blautix to the leading IBS treatment and it was suggested it was more effective at early stage than the main product on the market and had zero side effects.

To get a drug from pre-clinical to commercial it has to go through numerous stages, not least all the trial stages and then FDA which that alone can take a year on top on its own.

I don't doubt that CLX looks potentially great, loving it, but it has a long journey ahead of it, its pre clinical and needs a major bio partner to back it. In this market that's a challenge.

I also put it to you that the current board lack the skills and commercial acumen to negotiate the sort of deal that pipeline drug deserves. IMO its at least 18 mths off with DD and that's IF suzy and co can do it. I have totally lost confidence they can.

Sooner Adam gets involved the better frankly

Well porky your comment has to be pinned.
You say CLX001 cant be compared? Just shows you have not watched the video as professor Martin ulmschneider uses charts to COMPARE them. You really have made my day porks. Lol 😂. To make matters more comical you even got a thumbs up from another so called peanut investor. 😂

You cant compare Cisplatin to CLX001 don't be so bloody ridiculous

Parking to one side the half a billion of sales, even totally ignoring that, you are talking about an established drug that has past all stages of trials, 1 2 and 3 and FDA approved.

CLX001is pre-clinical, with a good wind and it being successful at every trial stage, and many can fall down even at stage 3, you are looking at eight years from here at best to commercialisation.

Stella wont be buying because she has already said that a placing is required to meet the business plan objectives. What part of that are you not getting. Only a total moron buys shares in a stock pre further pending dilution. I do however think she might buy in the placing IF she thinks she can raise enough to not need another placing short near term.

Is simply a case of what price the placement comes in at. I stand by 5p - a few of the pumpers are trying to buy to artificially hold the price up, it would not surprise me if the £20k'sw worth this morning was Nick, Cant think of anyone that would buy at 10p in these circumstances.

Currently only one MM at 10 on the bid at 10p, the bulk are 9p down to 8p and we haven't had the results statement yet out confirming the increased cash burn. Good luck when that lands.

I dont think panu has seen this video on CLX001 or maybe she doesn’t understand the science. Either way why doesn’t she buy?
It would surely synergise her buying with the remarkable science on offer with Cytolytix 001. Conspiracy theory 1. Are they trying a Morris satu style gradually deteriorate the share price so they can have the goodie’s? Not sure. But satu not buying is going to bite them back when adam kicks them out with full shareholder backing(if adam wants it of course)👍

Cisplatin has annual sales of half a billion dollars, so just in a multiple of 10 is quite a valuation, albeit it will de sold on, licensed.

Watch the Cytolytix bbr video by professor Martin ulmschneider on CLX001 tbc.
Look at the chart comparison with the current medication Cisplatin.
The in vitro performance is amazing in comparison. No toxicity either In CLX001 but Cisplatin my fiancée had as treatment and side effects were horrendous. CLX001 could be greater than we think.

As suzy regularly visits the lse and ADVFN sites she would know just how much of a catalyst it would be if panu bought. Why would panu not buy? And not a day trading catalyst but a steady confidence momentum catalyst that valirx needs? Maybe they both know that shareholder power combined with the adam Hargreaves nuclear intergalactic missle projection to the board intimidates them! Remember. When laurel and hardly were removed the share price >10bag. It could happen again. Ps agree nick. Porky not nice
