@Nick

You know i want this business to be a roaring success, But my word nobody can back how they have handled 201 - that's not helping anyone anywhere is it. two years wasted not helping anyone. Its a travesty. But worse the pain continues and the cash burn continues and the raise/spend/raise/spend/consolidate cycle continues. It needs sorting.

The market cap is eye watering based on where they are, just get Adam to consider taking control will you.

As it stands seriously, i wouldn't buy this at 5p with the current BOD, get a focused board and its a whole new and different ball game.

Its total madness to keep doing the same things and expecting a different outcome.

Lets see what they come up with shortly.

adam would you sell now and state non interest in joining val board? Market reaction would be lower share price to 6p. Then buy back.
Eg. Sell 2 mill at 10p= £200k
Buy back at 6p giving adam 3.333mill shares for same equity. Around 66% roi. Instantly. 👍

Trying to create false rumours about the need for a 3.5p imminent placing is a low life character trait Val is trying to save life's and it has NO debt You will get karma You spend all day posting about 3.5p and how it may be a struggle to raise Think of the poor patients not you having to deramp so you can buy stock cheaper Awful awful behaviour You should be singing the praises of companies like ValirixYou may need them onne day

Yes, the calculation is spot-on and results in just over £100k, the short fall as stated by PYC.

Porky, a party such as PYC involved with the 201 process will almost certainly have and NDA in place as a connected party.Funny how you always constantly discredit VAL and l think Karma will bite you in the ax!

Absolutely excellent analysis from PM on lse chat 20:03 hrs regarding physiomics rns today. The delay regarding their 6% from Valirx for 201 seems to be mathematically near the mark. Conclusion. Suzy has forwarded progress regarding theorenrx to physiomics board. Hence why physomics board confident for deal to be done. 🦍

Nothing online to see which as l have suggested before, do not necessarily assume that things are not progressing because of radio silence - hopefully we will one day get a nice surprise! GLA

Not sure as never followed DDDD, but here is a post made today from the other site if it helps:Porky pumped DDDD from 80p down to 16p and kept buying all the way down like a spoiled child. The largest shareholder had the sense to sell out. He could read a basic financial report but Porky kept buying thinking it was a bargain and then thought that Oxford FInance would give DDDD 100s millions in loan payments. He listened to what he said and she said rather than reading an RNS and understanding it. How daft. It was not just a wrong call but stupidity on a different level. Clear signs of a COMPLETE NOVICE. NYCT he was shouting £50 but that is now 40p and almost every other stock is always a wrong call with him.

The difference Porky, is that Nick has a decent success rate, whereas most of yours are wrong. DDDD was as clear as day, your decision making and reasoning skills are lacking. Whatever, you’re not going to get the result you so desperately want here.

@Wulber
Nope, it doesn't, they have circa 7 month's cash runway left from H2. They can leave the placing right to the wire but then you risk staff leaving or potential partners pulling out or deals falling apart.

Maybe that's THX plan? string VAL along until they cant trade and swoop in to take 201 asset off them for a token- you never know?

@Nick
LMOL,
Not that old chestnut again, saving lives are they?. The board have given 201 to a bloody start up and nothing has happened in two years, we don't know if its works or not because its not even out on trials and that's because they have given it to a start up that cant even afford £10k of lab fees let alone the sort of cash required to run a stage 1 trial properly.

VAL is being run now like a lifestyle company, raise/spend/raise/spend/consolidate. Raise number 6 now due. Buy your 6% back if you are so confident? You know the placing is about to happen its just a case of what price? I'm calling 5p if at all, can they actually get support?.

You can try and pump all you like to try and sucker others in to keep the share price at this eye watering level but the market has changed. JAM tomorrow, tomorrow, or maybe tomorrow no longer works, investors want results and boards that have confidence not making constant errors at shareholders expense.

And stop joining idiots trying to discredit me over buying 4D Pharma, If you have a penny share portfolio some work, some don't, you can't call every stock right, you know that.

I don't judge you by your calls to buy PLBY, that ones a bloody mess, OSI that ones on the brink of going under unless it can get £7m soon and Kinovo now recovering, do i? you don't pick winners every time either do you, so pack it in.

Glass houses and stones come to mind...
