14/6/2023 06:39 | According to the rns stella panu played an integral part in this purchase. Now stella are you going to put your money in? | jasonpugh
14/6/2023 06:37 | Of course it’s worth £5-7m and that’s why no one else was in for it. FFS get real. The happy clappers will say anything now to suck people in so they can get out and leave you holding the baby. Don’t fall for it. They made the wrong decision so let them suffer the consequences. | francoismyname
14/6/2023 06:32 | Check out Rhubarb post on LSE - he reckons the asset value for Imagen was between £5mn -£7mn so a great price and purchase. | wulber
14/6/2023 06:19 | RNS sounds pretty good!"...we expect integration of these assets into our business will be rapid and increase our revenue earning potential in the near term." Another one in the bag after Inaphaea to move away from the dilution via the historical regular placing model, plus they get the Imagen CSO.Well done VAL | wulber
14/6/2023 06:17 | More jam tomorrow. Entering the lab business with 2nd hand equipment. Not going to end well I’m afraid. Grab the 8.5p on offer and run for the hills. No multibagger here I’m afraid. Just the daily drudge of the odd small lab deal for a couple of quid . Going to be a long and torturous end. | francoismyname
13/6/2023 22:15 | Put adam Hargreaves on board and panu to buy and rocket 🚀👌 | jasonpugh
13/6/2023 19:29 | wulber Adam has been in this industry for over 20 years. He can find replacements in days! His people will deliver results | jayj4u
13/6/2023 18:47 | Jeez, anyone thought for one moment if SHs vote off all these directors they'll be no one left to run the company! LOLI know frustration setting in as the cogs take a long time to turn in the bio world, but just one glimmer or good update and this could turn on a sixpence and then the futile short term nature of investors memories from now, will then be singing the BoD praises..... 'haven't they done well ladies and gentlemen'.Yes forget Adam H as a director as this is highly unlikely, so where are VAL going to find these extraordinary human beings to fill an entire boardroom going forwards? | wulber
13/6/2023 17:17 | Good points there Porky! LolSuzy stays and we vote the rest off! As long as Kevin is there I don't see Adam joining. Suzy gets whatever she wants And Kevin will even compliment her. Under Adam she will have to deliver. Vote out:Kevin GerryMartin Please support this action! | jayj4u
13/6/2023 13:22 | Absolute delusional. People on lse trying to entice others to buy based on adam Hargreaves joining the board. Not a chance that will happen imho. If he was to join it he would have spoken much much earlier. Yet again an attempt by ramping crew. DYOR | jasonpugh
13/6/2023 08:38 | @porky. You bring out some very good points first time for everything ( only joking 🤪) On a serious note. Adam Hargreaves is too busy to replace suzy as his other businesses require his attention. Maybe wrong but i wouldn’t place your eggs in his 🧺 1. Suzy to lab to work with cathy. Synergise them 2. Cox replaced. 3. Adam to be given an position on board that doesn’t require full time commitment 4. Send slater to do a hit on Theoremrx ( dont mess with the cliff richard tennis ace) 5. Under no circumstances vote panu as director. Huge nail in coffin if voted in. No confidence buyer. No thank you ☺️ | jasonpugh
13/6/2023 08:19 | @PPC I can’t argue with your logic, she should not be the CEO, from my perspective she lacks any commercial acumen required for the role. Some decisions were at best plain naive and at worst reckless. You only have to see her at meetings and she constantly looks to Kevin for guidance and this is the point, she needs support. You also make a good point about signing off bonuses but she is a people pleaser and I would imagine Kevin would easily convince her. IMO she is a brilliant Scientist and the business is better for her being onboard BUT she needs to be in a head of sciences or similar role, not a CEO However, despite my agreement with you, I’m still voting YES and this is simply because we don’t have a replacement. You can’t leave the business totally rudderless without a CEO? We don’t have a replacement. My logic is that stage 1. If we get Kevin, Martin and Gerry gone, she is no longer influenced by them and may realise the job is too big for her and she moves position and helps secure a new industry CEO. She will also quickly learn that shareholder votes mean something. If she doesn’t then stage 2 with a new FD and chair and an industry related NED we vote her off next time. I can’t see any other way to address this unless someone like Adam chucks his hat in the ring. If you go the nuclear option and vote her off now also, I’m not sure what the rules are? Has she a responsibility to find a replacement within a given period? I actually don’t know do you? | porky9
13/6/2023 07:13 | Pork’s, you think Suzy should remain CEO?The issue I have is that Suzy signed off on bonuses, she signed off on share options and treated shareholders with contempt when questioned about her not buying shares, not to mention the sh1t show that is 201. Would you buy shares in another company if Suzy was CEO, if the answer is no then she should not be CEO of Val, simple! | pinkpudycat

12/6/2023 07:12 | Look if finding cures for cancer is your primary objective I suggest you pull your investment from this penny share and donate the lot to cancer research UK. The bulk of your money here is effectively funding a lifestyle business. | porky9
11/6/2023 17:51 | even in segregated form. just to fuxxxk these market makers and disgusting short sellers I am going for up. Suzie, you need cash to run the lab you can count on me on us. lets beat cancer lets free the UK SMALL CAPS from the dodgy criminal UK short sellers. | qnq
11/6/2023 17:25 | I believe that can only be done if you hold shares in cert form, i could be wrong | humphries1
11/6/2023 14:57 | q q A leopard never changes its spots it’s too late for Porky he’s passed helping. He’d sooner VAL fails than cure even his pals. | 412069
