02/2/2023 14:45 | My reply to @elles on LSE Don't always agree with you but your point is completely valid:- "The newly issued warrants will limit upside. The shareholders approved the issue of new equity hence the share count increases thus restricts share price movement further. 11p, 14p & 22p will take some doing" This is now the issue. The risk profile has shifted significantly. If you punt money on the AIM in penny shares you want stocks with multi bag return potential. Should the £1.3m not come in from THX they will need to return to the market in June as they will need a 12 mth forward cash runway. Hence probably why if the board are honest with themselves is why they wanted the 30% headroom. IMO they wont secure an II to back this without proof of concept. BUT what the current situation does do is completely focus the BOD that the SH base are not mugs, they want to see some control and focus on revenue production to avoid being asked for more cash. They have a window now to change things, I stand by end of June, end of H1 to deliver the detail on direction, conclude 201 one way or another and give SH confidence to back the next placement IF the plans and direction are clear should revenue cash not come in by then GLA | porky9
02/2/2023 13:24 | You’d love where I live Franco You can find out if you want. Don’t you worry about me fella I’m fine x | 412069
02/2/2023 13:08 | It will come. When they come pleading to share holders they need to raise or going bust then the real fun starts. In the mean time I’m off to look at investing in an established lab business with a Proven record of results rather than this start up business as to all in tense and purposes that’s what it is now. Your Mrs ok 412. Those discussions with her must becoming tense now it’s below 10p. At least you can say to her an anonymous poster said their would be a 4p placing and that’s not happened yet so I’m winning really. The winter nights must fly by in your household. | francoismyname
02/2/2023 12:53 | See you in June 4p Franco res 4 = No f ing chance thats why they pulled it. | 412069
02/2/2023 10:25 | Still not 4p Franco/Porks Even a kid could figure it can’t be with £3m cash, fact stated by bod last week. Res 4 getting booted with the hour. | 412069
01/2/2023 17:38 | Thanks - you seem very happy about that on both sites? Mmmmm.... Thought you had stock so why not sell if you are so pessimistic? | wulber
01/2/2023 16:33 | CENKOS REPORT: | porky9
01/2/2023 16:30 | @Wulber READ the CENKOS report, its clear as day and the company confirmed the same in the recent Q & A See what she says at the GM but that's the plan. The lab will support current projects which is a good thing but no revenue for new contracts until into 2024. i repeat confirming ZERO revenue this year. this will take time and probably more capital hence why they asked for headroom on another 30m shares. | porky9
01/2/2023 15:15 | Porky, you know that as a fact? | wulber
01/2/2023 12:54 | Res 4 will we booted tomorrow, lets see where we go from there...ho and it wont be 4p Franco/Porks | 412069
01/2/2023 12:53 | Slater in for big shock. Going to enjoy this immensely.. 👌 | jasonpugh
01/2/2023 12:07 | Comes across as a hobby this with punters funding it | dope007
31/1/2023 13:33 | I agree, l like Nick a lot and an investor not a charity to carry VAL so we all have to respect his decision whole heartedly.Onwards and upwards and tCRO is a good move to generate future cashflow in-lieu of legacy asset sales etc., which in the bio world takes time. | wulber
31/1/2023 13:09 | Lab/CRO is a great concept. Supposed to be revenue generating (or cost saving) within Q1. Either way it will save outsourcing everything. If they can buy and build other CRO successfully then Val will be transformed. The placing is done.Exciting time. | livedata21
31/1/2023 07:50 | Not a chance of 4p Porky. And yes I’m sure you’ve a massive chuck to throw at this ha x | 412069
31/1/2023 07:23 | Nick just dropped one of his balls of steel :-) | jusjusjus
31/1/2023 07:10 | "Services provided include laboratory support, access to shared equipment and social events." | thiopia
30/1/2023 17:14 | @412069 Don't bet on that. I could take a BIG chunk of this if i wanted but i don't like the risk reward profile, AT THE MOMENT. They are about to take the lab lease up any moment, spend 450k of cash kitting it out and two staff members, no revenue in this year from it, so cash burn is guaranteed to go materially higher. There is no rush to buy at the moment with the decisions outstanding. I'm expecting that by end of June we will know more on 201, expecting a new partner will be required. Lets see what is said at the meeting, how they will justify this..... | porky9
30/1/2023 17:05 | @sooty I agree. Nick has balls of steel with this one frankly. As i said before its not the waiting, its the lost market opportunity from investing elsewhere whilst you do wait. Thing is Kevin has really pushed the envelope and took the p@ss this time. Nick is better off cashing out, awaiting clarity on 201, the lab plans the acquisitions etc and waiting until they issue the 30m more shares. He can always pile back in then. There is a limit to shareholders support, i wouldn't mind but they have 3.5m cash they don't need any more, its f'cking greedy, make that work first before you ask for another 30m shares to be issued. Just too easy to get free cash rather than earn it as i see it. Also, there are other ways to finance an acquisition not just equity, loans, buy outs you don't always need massive cash sums down - not to mention the big elephant in the room getting at least some cash out of THX - they want to retain the exclusive they should make a contribution. I am VERY passionate about this business because i genuinely care, they have so much potential but lack any commercial acumen, its such a dam waste as it stands. | porky9
30/1/2023 16:35 | Porky Your sink mate lost all you money on ramping DDDD. That’s why you sitting on your hands. | 412069
30/1/2023 16:20 | Porky I wouldn't be surprised if Nico isn't cashing out. | sooty snipes |
