From a charting aspect see:-

Support lines at 7.5p / 5p / then 3.5p back to where it started in 2020 - Franco might just get his 4p target.

House broker CENKOS has moved to 8.7p

Either Adam or Nick need to move in to buy to try and keep the share price at an artificial level above 10p or some solid Director buys to do it.

Me, i'm just sitting on my hands.

Problem they have created now is that by being greedy having two placing close together and warrants and potentially wanting to hold 30m more shares over us, currently the risk profile is not attractive. What were they thinking? dam arrogance imo.

Firstly, any upside on 10p the 10p placers will cash out, any upside on 11p and the 11p placers will cash out. If you have 14p warrants from the 11p placing catch 10% upside and you are going to cash out knowing that IF the share price did rally you still have your 14p options on the back burner.

Its a bloody mess frankly, the BOD have took long term supporting SH for mugs. Its going to take a period of time to clear these shares which are limiting the upside, they need to clear before this can move up.

Sure small retail will punt a few quid and more will average down again but i cant see a decent fund or HNW or family office taking a chunk at this price knowing what will come shortly.

IF the 30m resolution is passed at the AGM, the results will be out in April showing increased cash burn and we are looking at a 5p placing at best IMO by May.

Really looking to see what they say at the AGM and if resolutions 2 and 4 get passed or not. I voted no on both but heck of a lock of SH are apathetic about it IMO.

From the podcast it is apparent that panu carries much force. Even kevin was directing adams questions to her instead of his poor self and suzys smile every time panu spoke speaks volumes. Conclusion. Panu will buy when 6 to 7p None participating now speaks volumes. Ps. I will buy when panu buys. Cant go wrong.👍€077;

Watched the podcast. Suzy you and your team have totally lost credibility. Porkys post on lse. Perfection 👍. Adam you have the patience of a saint. If i was you i would sell and reinvestment elswhere as your knowledge of bio will be rewarded. But not in valirx. Is it possible to put a dress and makeup on George Morris to make him look like panu? 🤣. 👇👇👇👇 8071;👌

Also, the lab(s) is genius to provide a growing income stream to cover overheads and so no reliance on placings et al going forward, so self generating and all we have to do is await product news-flow knowing cash-burn is covered. Great move VAL!

Closed period?🤣. Do some research. How long has panu been at valirx and how long is a closed period? Couldn’t make this up. Pure financial comedy. The bafta award goes to …….?

Panu is the most finance minded of all valirx employees and the most financially well off. Why is she not buying shares? She has enormous financial connections in the city including massive financial institutional investors.. why are they not buying? Adam Hargreaves average before original 10p placing was 24p.at 7.2%holding. His average is now at 21.3p to break even. He needs a 100% increase in share price to break even. What do you think is prepared to do to stop the titanic sinking.? I thank slater for saving me financially👍 👇👇👇👇 8071;👇

Here's another VC site so the timescale VAL are within with THX is pretty normal:https://www.indeed.com/hire/c/info/series-a-funding"How long does Series A funding last?Series A funding is meant to last between six months and two years to guide development. Business owners need a clear plan for how much money they will need in the Series A round to sustain their business throughout the product launch. How long does Series B funding last?Series B funding can last a few months or a few years, depending on what it's being used for. It is meant to last long enough to oversee major scaling and new product launches until the business can sustain its growth through its own revenue."

Who is to doubt Suzy and why on earth would she lie and damage her position, livelihood and reputation?https://visible.vc/blog/startup-funding-stages/Google VC funding and you'll find 12-18 months is the norm, some shorter and some longer timeframes:"As a general rule of thumb, funding should last somewhere between 12 and 18 months."
