After owing $109,000 in tax earlier last year, it appears TheoremRx have paid it all and owe nothing. Their Status has now moved from Tax Due to ‘Good Standing’.

This seems to clearly indicate they have means.

I think another placing can't be far off. They want to make an acquisition as per their last update. They tried but failed to raise the funds to do it last year at 10p. They will be doing well if they can get another fund raise away at the same level.

Suzy knows that she is in trouble regarding integrity. Even adam on lse is hinting at Suzys ineptitude at rns creation!
Slaters no mug regards tip offs. Hes selling his whole holding by drip feeding.
When suzy finally has the courage to confirm slaters comments (via marks help of course) then the share price tanks. Then a no confidence shareholder meeting will result in her removal ( not as scientist) but as ceo. Then we can get adam to replace her!

London, UK - ValiRx Plc (AIM: VAL), a life sciences company focusing on early-stage cancer therapeutics and women's health, announces a Placing to raise £1.5 million (before expenses) through the allotment and issue of 15,000,000 New Ordinary Shares at the Issue Price of 10 pence per Ordinary Share. In addition, to provide shareholders and other investors who did not initially have the opportunity to participate in the Placing to now do so, the Company is granting an option (the "Broker Option") allowing additional subscriptions up to £1.0 million with priority given to existing shareholders of the Company.



The net proceeds from the Fundraising will be used to provide working capital for the Group to continue development of its assets, as well as strengthen its balance sheet with a view to pursuing its acquisitive tCRO strategy.

Mark Teherne has told him “ my opinion is Theoremrx will not get funding for 201”
Is this inside info or a friend giving an opinion. Anyway, money talks.
Thats why valirx will be around the placing price of 10p again quite soon. Sell now at 12.5p and buy back at 10p when slater has sold. Solid financial logic 👌
