Keeping an edge in the stock market means you have to keep your eyes wide open. What a difference a quarter makes! This means you need to get the fastest, best and right information before someone else does. This free newsletter does just that. You will get an email only when something is on the move or about to move. You will not receive any junk mail. They have a great history and are definitely worth a few minutes of your time. Remember, 20/20 foresight is better than 20/20 hindsight. These shares are traded exclusively in the US markets.

SAO PAULO (AFX) - Empresa Brasileira de Aeronautica SA confirmed that Swiss
carrier Swiss AG has requested Embraer to consider the postponement of its firm
order for EMBRAER 170s and 195s.
"Whilst there is no decision yet in that regard, the companies are in
discussions about alternatives," the company said in a statement.
It noted that, as there are currently only four deliveries scheduled for
Swiss in 2004 and there is potential demand for short term Embraer 170
production slots, it "does not anticipate a reduction to its forecast of 160
airplanes to be delivered in 2004."

LONDON (AFX) - Vega Group PLC said it won a 2.6 mln stg contract by the
Netherlands Ministry of Defence, to develop and implement a technology-based
training system for the F-16 ground crew technicians of the Royal Netherlands
and Royal Norwegian Air Forces.
The system will be used by technicians to develop practical fault diagnosis
and maintenance skills, using a highly realistic virtual aircraft.
This will improve technician performance and reduce dependence on real
aircraft, increasing the overall returns on training investment.
This contract extends VEGA's five-year working relationship with both Air
Forces, which started with the development of an F-16 Avionics Technician
Training Package (ATTP).
Work on the contract is due to start on November 1 2003 and will run for a
period of 24-months, towards an in-service date at the end of 2005.

LONDON (AFX) - Bombardier Aerospace said its is to consolidate final
assembly and completion of its Learjet and Challenger series business aircraft
at two sites with the loss of 1150 jobs, and expects the restructuring to result
in annual savings of 33 mln cad, or 25 mln usd, in the first full year of
operation.
The Tucson, Arizona, workforce will be reduced by 800 over the next 15 to 18
months as a result of the transfer of Bombardier Learjet interior completions to
Wichita, Kansas, and Bombardier Challenger interior completions to Dorval,
Quebec.
In Wichita, there will be an overall workforce reduction of approximately
350 positions over the next 12 to 15 months. The increase in the number of
employees due to the transfer of Learjet completions from Tucson to Wichita will
be offset by a reduction in the workforce as the assembly of the Challenger 300
jet is moved to Dorval.
Bombardier Aerospace estimates severance costs of approximately 8 mln usd
and added that the two integrated manufacturing centres will be fully
operational by the first quarter of 2005.
The group said it has chosen Tucson as the western Bombardier Regional
Aircraft Service Centre, which will result in the creation of approximately 300
new jobs over a three-year period, and Bombardier Business Aviation Services
Centre will continue to operate at the site, adjacent to Tucson International
Airport.
The company said operations at Toronto, Mirabel and Belfast are not affected
by the restructuring.

MADRID (AFX) - European Aerospace Defence & Space Co NV is noting some signs
of a recovery in the global aircraft industry, Expansion reported citing
comments by European Aeronautic Defence and Space Co (EADS) CEO Rainer Hertrich.
In an interview with Expansion, Hertrich said that while the crisis "is not
over yet, there are strong signs of a recovery in some areas such as Asia,"
where Airbus has been asked "to speed up deliveries that had been put on hold."
"The US may be behind and could perk up a bit later, but we're convinced
that its market will grow," he said.
