@nimbo1 - best management in the business IMO. Interesting to see them going slightly more "development" - upside ahead.

Yet down on the news.. Surprised with increased size we haven't seen increased liquidity as well. Maybe too soon.. Once increased balance sheet consists of cash generative assets rather than well cash we will hopefully see some more interest

Rent collection update. Urban Logistics, (AIM: SHED) the specialist UK logistics REIT, is pleased to announce that 98% of rent due for the quarter to September has been collected, the remaining 2% is expected to be collected imminently. This follows a strong cash collection in March when 100% of rents due were collected. The current levels of rent collection evidence the Company's proactive approach to strong covenants and intentional bias towards resilient sectors, such as food and pharmaceuticals, consumer staples and other essential goods.

Volume has been averaging 70,000 a day or so - so £100k. Its rather illiquid in the absence of news this one but depending on your size you should be able to trade

Nice close. Now above the raise price. Still think there are some legs in this in the medium term.

The most important thing in this pandemic is to observe the rules of lockdown. At a guess, 80% of the adult inhabitants of the UK did so pretty punctiliously. This served the country well, I believe. Not, however, our voluble hero SpectoAcc. He was boasting, on ADVFN of all places, that he refused requests to keep social distancing in his local Leeds Morrisons, called the staff person who asked him a "Stasi" and elbowed his way to the front of the queue. He is very lucky that the majority of the population avoided this disgusting, unintelligent behaviour

For a share in a Covid sweet spot (not to mention a Brexit warehouse demand sweet spot), seems harsh that they're below highs. Plenty of definitely affected shares pushing or through highs.

If all the June rents come in I expect the share price to creep back up to 137 p Then in July and August more acquisitions- including debt they have about 100 million to spend.

It might just have done so. There is no large offer in the market right now for the first time in some days. Unless the offer was merely dodging the US jobs report (which no one understands just now - the number was completely unexpected).

There's a large seller on the offer - has been for a while now (most likely Allianz). Eventually, this will pass.
