28/9/2020 14:57 | Just make sure you take into account the ex divi date in your price. If you look at previous raises they were pretty close to the price - even when the raise was at a terrible time - e.g back in Feb/March. Have to say this is one of my favs for the medium / long term. | dhoult12
28/9/2020 14:28 | Clausentum, I agree. I want to top up but will wait till I can get 139p or preferably below that. | winsome
27/9/2020 19:27 | winsome: It should drop 3.25p special dividend when it goes xd on 8th October, I don't expect it to then be more than 139p at that point. | clausentum
27/9/2020 18:46 | The placing didn't quite raise enough to meet their target. Am I right to assume the Institutional offer is not at a fixed share price and the institutions can make their own bids? If so then I'd expect SHED have to sell large blocks below 139p per share given they missed their placing target. Those institutional buyers will then dump them on the market for a few pence more than their buy price, so could drive the share price down to 139p or less in October. | winsome
25/9/2020 20:18 | I wouldn't complain that the raise was done at such a low discount to current price....... Higher the better for us holders. If the discount is sizeable the price gets smashed down to the placing price as the people taking part in the placing just get their shares and sell into the market until there is no gap nor profit to be made | dhoult12
25/9/2020 19:54 | They didn't reserve much for private investors. Agree, for most of us it's pointless | leopoldalcox
25/9/2020 19:37 | Is there any point in participating in this open offer? I have 15K shares, so with 1 for 423 they are allowing me to buy 35 more shares at 139p. The share price is currently 143p, and on the xd date I assume it will drop 3.25p to 139.75p. In the current gloom it could well be lower!! Why bother? | clausentum
25/9/2020 19:16 | Nothing as far as I'm aware dhoult. Just enables the company to say our regular dividend is xp per share so expect that every year, and then we'll top-up where possible | adamb1978
25/9/2020 17:59 | Out of interest does anyone know why they always declare specials? Is there a legal difference between declaring a dividend every October and declaring a special dividend every year? | dhoult12
25/9/2020 17:23 | Special Dividend The Company has also declared a Special Dividend in respect of the six months ending 30 September 2020 of 3.25 pence per Ordinary Share. The Special Dividend will be paid on 23 October 2020 to Shareholders on the register on 9 October 2020. The ex-dividend date will be 8 October 2020. The Special Dividend will be paid in full as a Property Income Distribution in respect of the Group's tax exempt property rental business. The Company intends to declare the next dividend following the release of its results for the 2021 financial year ending 31 March 2021. | igoe104
25/9/2020 11:45 | Should be news this afternoon | jbarcroftr
01/9/2020 10:01 | From the body of the RNS :- "On 6 July 2020, the Company announced that 98% of rent due for the quarter to September had been collected, with the remaining 2% having now been collected. This follows a strong rent collection in March for the quarter to June when 100% of rents due were collected. The current levels of rent collection evidence the Company's proactive approach to strong covenants and intentional bias towards resilient sectors". | skinny
01/9/2020 09:50 | Certainly not hanging around. As overall size increases, one would hope liquidity would to. Would make me and im sure organisations and people far bigger comfortable holding more | dhoult12
01/9/2020 07:40 | It cant be long before the next divi announcement either ? | igoe104
01/9/2020 07:34 | Logistic warehouses are the hot property sector and Shed have a very good record of active management.I hope they offer generous terms To existing shareholders | jbarcroftr
01/9/2020 07:22 | Another possible equity raise, hot on the heels of the last one - SHED not hanging around. Pipeline is large, they're having no problem finding things to buy it seems. | spectoacc
20/8/2020 20:52 | Yep, totally agree that's why I've purchased a load today. I love the warehouses space, I already own shares in bbox and WHR. | igoe104
13/8/2020 13:48 | Agreed - SHED should win out whichever way Covid goes, and now this development angle kicker. And paid to wait. Lots of cheap REITs around if Covid going to disappear/a successful vaccine appear, but an each-way bet atm. | spectoacc
11/8/2020 12:30 | yes - originally I thought I might sell a few when it got here but actually don't have a better use of funds income wise so will hold! | nimbo1
11/8/2020 07:32 | @nimbo1 - best management in the business IMO. Interesting to see them going slightly more "development" - upside ahead. | spectoacc
11/8/2020 07:14 | . Urban Logistics, (AIM: SHED) the specialist UK industrial and logistics REIT, announces three acquisitions for a total consideration of £36.8 million in Colchester, Exeter and Nottingham and the signing of a new £151 million loan facility. | skinny
11/8/2020 07:14 | Great update this morning. Please to have this as 15% of my income pot. Probably should be higher given managements quality. | nimbo1
10/8/2020 09:05 | IC tip still feeding through after weekend reading. | spectoacc
07/8/2020 18:44 | Spiked up today on Investors Chronicle buy recommendation | jbarcroftr |
