The question on PSC is not whether UPL will get one, of course it will, that is why it is doing all the work it is doing and has done so far. The real question is how much UPL will end up with after "JV's, farm-outs, financing options and sovereign states engagement"..Based on UPL "unequivocally rejecting" 14p per share in October 2023 "as it believes it significantly undervalues the current potential of the Company", then the board obviously expect a cut that will be worth significantly more than 14p per share. What is "significantly more" is clearly subjective, it could be 30p, 40p, 50p or even more, but 14p alone is almost a 5 bagger at this price, and every 3p more is another bagger on top...Preparatory Work Streams - In Progress.1. Geoscience: including CPR, basin modelling, pore pressure assessment and well design.2. Drilling: including all rig requirements, site preparation, mobilisation and spud.3. Health, Safety & Environmental: including impact assessments and rig safety.4. Supply Chain Management: including all local logistics & contracting, tubulars and long lead items.5. Human Resources, General and Administration: including all recruitment of staff/sub-contractor and land management.6. Finance and Contracts: including PSC, JV's, farm-outs, financing options and sovereign states engagement.7. Supporting Group Activity: including supporting IR/PR, legal and financial services for SK334 long-term success.The Company is working on many fronts to expedite drilling in the shortest possible timeframe. "Not worth debating".What I said is still true, the PSC is still in the bag, even more so if you read all the updates since then, and as I've also said, UPL have given no dates for when they expect it, just indicated in every possible way they can that they do expect it, without breaking any rules or regulations for listed companies, and as mummy an daddy said, it will get here when it gets here.
