The Company's focus is now entirely on Sarawak so we are delighted that one of our largest Malaysian shareholders has decided to increase his holding in the Company. We are also pleased to welcome another strategic Malaysian investor.

M N B Zakaria, in aggregate between the Placing and this extra Subscription, has added 60,606,060 ordinary shares to his existing holding of 125,674,475.

K Meranun, a major shareholder and director in Tune Assets Limited one the Company's largest shareholders, has subscribed to 10,000,000 shares.

M N B Zakaria & M Meranun are both highly regarded in Malaysia and can facilitate significant strategic opportunities for the Company. '

This is not punt money. Highly regarding with influence paying 3 times Friday's closing price.......now why would they do that 🤔

Government AnnouncementBlock SK334 "Petros is wrapping up a Joint Technical Study and we are looking forward to the potential drilling of an exploration well in 2025" (11th October 23). In preparation for this, following the completion of the Joint Technical Study, Upland has advanced its preparations to deliver an exploration drilling programme to meet this announcement. Following its application for an exclusive award with the Government and Petros the Company has built an experienced team, made up of local and international experts, who are ready to commence operations on Block SK334. Joint Technical StudyIn the terms and conditions of the signed Joint Technical Study Agreement between Upland and Petros, and as a medium-term strategy, Upland has certain unique advantages over other potential bidders in a competitive bidding process. Joint Venture and Funding PartnersAdditionally, Upland has identified potential partners for funding and operatorship of the SK334 Production Sharing Contract as a long-term strategy.

This is one for punt only. Mad to go large in this as BOD imo are not to be trusted.Personally have always said they have 1/10 chance of ever being awarded the psc for block SK334.

Big bounce up is coming, dropped from above 3p to 1p for now reason at all, The deal is about to be signed and we're favourable to win it, Soon as it's announced then 5-10p share price area before drilling. This is a very big deal. Very exciting times ahead. Gla.
