But billinger wasn't mentioned in the first rns.The company released an rns later on the first day including his name.So where did they get his name appear from?(Internet chatter maybe?)

If the BoD go to the lawyers and say "We think we have had a credible bid at 14 from an outfit called SEC Capital can you help us write an RNS". The lawyers will be happy to spend shareholders money writing exactly the RNS that you saw.

If the BoD go to the lawyers and say "We've had this email from [e-mail] signed William G Bollinger which we don't think is very credible do we have to go into an offer period?" The lawyers will say "no not if you don't think it is credible why not go and check it out further".

Law firms are not there to regulate the actions of directors.

It's also possible that the statement that they consulted the law firms is just false and made up. Recently Tingo said they had hired a magic circle law firm, White and Case, to investigate allegations of fraud made to them. It later transpired they hadn't hired them at all. White and Case never denied it publicly but when asked they distanced themselves from Tingo Group.

I hope you are learning something from my messages but I don't expect you are.

@apfindley they don't even have a seismic study done. A very small 2D area has been done that's all. As I have posted before there are many many other far better assets in the region available for sale at a fraction of the price.

Oh and that's if they get the PSC (probably will) and can pay for it. At the moment they have 40% of a desktop study and have had some meetings.

TBF I'm pretty sure everyone except PWhite knows all this. They were just happy to ride along with the promotion while the share price was going up.

Less than 3 months ago in August it was below 0.5p.And now we know that games have been played to increase the price, we've learn that they don't own it, it's not been drilled, and there isn't enough money for drilling even.And the directors reckon its worth more than 14p. Pull the other one.

You are beyond naïve, the company and its listing is just the vehicle. The vehicle is used to transfer wealth from the mug punters like you to the insiders.
