Me too Puzzler, although like many other shares, I find it frustrating to dig out any new research, mainly due to the excellent work done before I joined at 2.6p/2.7p Shares I have shared your comparison on here with BPC, with a MC of £108m and after 12 years it is still a long way off the drill bit. Yes they have a bigger play but as I have said on here, in very deep water coupled with explosive weather conditions. Yet we are within 6 weeks of the drill in shallow safer waters, so perhaps on that basis we should not compare the two. As you know I was in BPC many years ago and although my memory fails me, did I sell out around 26p? Does that mean our MC should be bigger?????

be 16p before drill..

Good morning all, after a long weekend of R and R I have been catching up on the BB. A lot of colourful, mainly harmless banter, however please do not let us deviate from the huge opportunity we have here. For what it is worth, I think a fair value, pre Wick drill, would be a MC of 50/60m and of course any solid news from another part of the portfolio would warrant a further uplift.

you're right about its risks.

Pulling figures out of thin Air is a bit harsh
Perhaps you need to talk to the brokers or did
you miss that bit??

18 Days without a RNS is just a observation and
why not as it is one of the longest periods
without one, stating it will come down quickly
if we don't hit oil is more amateurish in my
view and really shows your expertise here .

I think what some of the LTH's are concerned about is that we do not raise expectations too much by just pulling share price targets out of thin air to 'ramp' the stock.The oil business is risky and often things can and do go wrong. I think we do not want folk to put their house on stake or money they cannot afford to lose on this stock due to posts made on this forum. At the end of the day any financial loss has consequences, kids, relationships etc. 'Posts like 18 days without news' also come across as very amateurish and show a lack of research into the company.I am not into name calling but just posting for the sake of creating traffic is not what most people are on this BB for, unless I am mistaken.I had an initial 12 month target (bought after 6 months of research and following the stock). I am now a holder for 2 years, adding on the way to build up a good position.If it goes from 3.45p to 26p pre-drill then, of course, I will be very happy but I imagine it will come down very quickly if we do not hit oil. GLA

Stark industries, extremely well done on your TERN multi-bag. I can see how and why you exited around 18p based on technicals.

Let's hope that when the UPL chart scale compresses similarly as the share price rockets ahead, that a similar multi-bag opportunity opens up. Mind you, it's the nature of these types of Aim winners to happen in a relatively short space of time, 3-6 months typically.

To be honest
I really don't have any thing but good vibes to throw on these BBs
It's about having fun and making money via the sharing of insights, knowledge and humor.
We are all aliases on the BBs not everyone will get on with the way we are...so be it.
The job here is to have fun as it's only money
This is my retirement stock and I can see it done under a year.

We will all sail off to the sunset once the chips are cashed.

I have the best intentions to all on this great BB to all the respected posters who have spent time to research this magnificent company.
This stock has "the perfect set up" which is a rare pick in the markets and it's a main market listing.
A serious no brainer if I ever saw one.
As the TERNERS would say:-

UPL is a unicorn In the making

Argyle, Jabba, Zengas....do you rem what happened at HNR ?

Yes I was in TERN and accumulated 2.3 million shares at 3.5p average and sold them bang on 18p and was a happy bunny.
Next best thing for me was UPL which I was already eye balling before I built a position in TERN
It was either UPL or TERN
I went for TERN and am happy that I did so.
It's done me well and has allowed me to build up a decent position here and I believe the timing has been impeccable as the past 2.5 years has been about building the business via its foundations
As you have said already....all ground work almost done and now the waiting game for news.
This stock will fly....trust me on this as my tea leaves are rarely wrong ;-)

Shares I think the reason why this board and it's investors are keeping low key is because they know this stock is already..game, set and match and are using this quietness / opportunity to Hoover up more UPL stock before the population latch on :)

It's a covert accumalation operation that's going on...so...sshhhhh!!!

Divmad,
The 4p level is new resistance, there is no other highs
to compare with today.
So when this does break 4p it's an open road!!

I agree news will come when it's ready, I too
won't be bothered, but feel it's about time.
If no real news in 2 weeks ,then I would be
more concerned .
This stock with shares in issues and a low
MAKET CAP , will move quickly on little
volume..

It has clear resistance at 4p. Failed there twice already. After that it is blue sky. Let's see if there's news next week. But not bothered if there isn't any. It will come when SS is ready and not before.

Not leveraged at all , I own all my shares and
most of mine on here are free , speculation is
only that if it doesn't happen, for instance if
my view is that UPL will be at least 15p before drilling
and it happens , how would you explain that!????
We all have expectations,some of which are met
and sometimes it falls short.

With all due respect this BB is barely talking!
or just reminding everyone the massive potential
here nothing wrong with that....
Big difference between talking absolute bollix
and pure speculation as you put it, than just
nothing at all.
I believe news next week and I also believe
this is a great stock and will be many multiples
of where we are now, It has no resistance that's
what excites me 😉

Without being argumentative, you can't post news if there is no news. There's only one real place the news can come from and that's the company (UPL). Just look what happened with Malcy misreporting! Investor Relations were onto him pronto!

Would you like 100 posters posting absolute bollix and pure speculation? I don't, I'm happy to wait for a RNS with FACTUAL news and not speculation. If you don't mind me saying, you sound like a trader that is leveraged! If not, you will just have to wait for news and be patient like the rest of us.

I think you're wrong a informed BB brings interest
and that brings investors,being quiet will not!!!
Anyone who wants a quiet life just don't log
into a BB , take from it what you want and then
have a view or make a opinion.
Ask any successful entrepreneur, having a unique
product is one thing, but making people aware
of it is half the battle...
Bring on the news 😉

Perhaps you could explain to me The benefits
of having say 100 posters and none of them
posting ???
I would say a few posters have a control issue
and don't want anything said discussed because
that means they are out of control!!!
Looking at the RNS
18 days is one of the longest periods
without a update, that's my speculation,
reason for news next week...
