I thought equities held inside Beaufort's client account (some 15,000 PIs) would be returned to them, plus any cash. So what share sales are you referring to?

Sure you can get the brokers
note but you won’t see the SP
Forecast unless you’re a member
I also note that directors
have no contact numbers, apart
from one number that goes to
voice mail

Beaufort Securities are being liquidated. September is when the receivers take over.There seems to be a few stocks that are being hit hard due to their hard selling...Don't know if Beaufort are holding/dumping stock here ??

Thanks for the details regarding brokers report,
but you have to be a client of Optiva to get the
SP forecast, I noticed UPL doesnt really have much
in the way of contact details other than one number
that goes to voice mail

Just for info...……;…...Malcy is also an ex Los Angeles copper! He goes by the name of "Frank Cannon" He may look fat and sweats a lot, but he always get's the villain after a hard long chase!


We may get something from his blog next week, on his return from keeping the streets clean of villains! Only joking Malcy, just a bit of fun during this quiet spell.

We have had a great run over the last couple of weeks...up 25% and holding...we seem to be stabilising at this level ( down only 0.05p on the week )...and ready for the next leg up...could come from one of three directions !

Sull75, re PRD

According to page 43 of the admission doc they may buy FRAM ( FRAM Exploration (Trinidad) Ltd (which would cost them up to $4.25m in cash to the parent company.

This tells me they may need to raise further sums?

"Subject to agreeing and executing a share purchase agreement to acquire the entire issued share capital of FRAM, the Company would pay Steeldrum, FRAM’s immediate parent company, cash consideration of US$ 4.25 million.

This sum is an indicative amount only, and is subject to a working capital adjustment to be made prior to fixing the final cash consideration for the Potential FRAM Acquisition. The Company is aware from its due diligence enquiries that FRAM has outstanding well obligations, the cost of which will be factored into the working capital adjustment to be made prior to fixing the final cash consideration for the Potential FRAM Acquisition, and may potentially reduce any such consideration from the indicative figure of US$ 4.25 million"

Hi SullNo I don't have L2 but do scour the LSE board for snippets from other investors.In fact I called up the share centre today and they confirmed that the new MM has joined the party today.From past experience in the markets a new MM(s) tells me that we are about to get a lil busy volume wise.Game on :)))
