The volume and share price not indicating an imminent RNS IMHO...RNS can be a bit leaky...normally there is some "activity" ahead of an RNS ?

Going to need something! Chart isn't looking too clever just now, and with low volume to the buy side and a steady drip drip of sells this could retest recent lows before we get a bounce.

SIPP amounts vary on age and salary.
So no hard and fast rule for everyone.

Can one "bed and SIPP" to that amount ?...I guess any CGT due on the 1m is payable elsewhere

You can put more than a million shares into a SIPP.

In the last month....

Around 80 million shares traded ( 17% of the company )

SP down 25% on closing high of 4.05p

No holding notifications

No negative news from the company

I can only see it as a healthy churn as people who have met their investment criteria move on and derisk

Its the same old story....we need some proper exciting news !

The late trades are interesting...they have been going on a while now and add up to more than the what I think is the notifiable figures...4.59m for crossing a threshold...and the c. 12m for the initial notification...there are too many reasons why these late trades might appear...I am sure the reason will reveal itself in the fullness of time
