Shocking that there were also no legit tr1 or other holding notifications during that week of fraudulent offers.People now trying to talk it back up again when the company have drilled F.A. yet and have still risen 10x already in the past couple months.

So the Chinese are building a $5B oil refinery on our block, the expansion of the oil industry into onshore Sarawak will not only be transformational to upland, but to the whole of Sarawak. First hit to target 1B resource in shallow ground onshore can be drilled for a few hundred thousand dollars. Yes it is that shallow! Yet we're apparently at deaths door, despite being funded into mid next year..

So what I wonna know is why the infestation of parasite spiv trolls? Who got it wrong when they looked at upland and saw a 20% share in UBO so opened a massive short at 1.6p, when we actually have an interest that's 125% greater than that. Makes a big difference with a resource equivalent to the largest oil fields in the north sea, no?

So who's fault? Jack and Tom both got it wrong, this we know. But I want to know who copied who so I know who's to blame. If Jack doesn't own up it's basically saying Tom did it, but Jack knows Tom will go grr, so what's it to be? Upset Tom, is Tom stupid, or is he more of a copier of stupid? If you don't answer we will all have to assume it was convergent stupidity, and that looks even worse for both of you.

In the UK it's very,very rare for a company's shares to be suspended when a 'takeover offer' is made.. Australia yes but not in the uk..

I think Zak sums this up very well;Comment: As stated in the Week In Small Caps yesterday, nothing should have been announced regarding a possible offer until it was proved to be bona fide. If the offer was bona fide the shares should have been suspended at the time. The company did not need to and should not have responded to "media speculation" unless it was true. I would venture to suggest that most of the "old guard", people with 20-30 years plus of experience in the markets, would have known how to have handle this situation in a more satisfactory fashion, if only on the value assigned of the approach. No one was going to offer 14.5p for a company versus the prevailing 3p share price.

The 70%, 80% and 90% collapse that so many predicted never happened. Granted its not nice being 38% down but it shows just how resilient the stock is. Expecting to see more TR1s now than when they were briefly under the offer period.

Just looking at trades 42 million today price stayed same all day mms letting shorts out looks like. As i said needs to really good news to off set the bid scam.

Looks like today was were people started to average down . Just stayed at same level all day mms happy to pay 2.6p and sell 2.75p around this area all day . From 8p to 2.5p what a fall in one week results out tomorrow should be if not could be suspended. .Company needs to surprise over next week or so . Still feel they might spring a Rabbit out hat if they don't this will drift down on low volume .

The phone call I had on Friday from somebody who rang me from the company who was triyng to make me buy more did it for me hence sold at a £100 losss

The results are due by 7:30am on Wednesday morning else they will be suspended.

If you read recent RNSs then you will find the one that says that the board are meeting today to approve the accounts.

OK so based on last year's date. Given what has happened of late I wouldn't be surprised if they were delayed to put more updates on progress in them. Officially they are not due until 31/12/2023.
