TW has got it right on few occassions and in fact spot on. However , regardless of the board here, the key is UPL have had a bid at 14p. That is all that matters. The next steps are very simple and even if you are the most stupid person in the world you will understand. The bidder has untill 20th november 2023 5pm to either walk away or make a formal bid or ask for more time

The latest tactic is now saying statment been made and accusing the bidder of foul play to make money for his mates.
I have asked the names and ip addresses of the accounts , so defamayion cases can be made against those individuals

JakNife - "AIM has Nomads who read RNSs and make sure that the company isn't lying in its official RNSs"

Please tell me you are not being serious. There is no difference between the AIM and Standard Listing when it comes to financial advisers being complicit in lies.

Riskyinvestor27,

"Aim is not an investment but a CASINO

It is the worse ever corrupt market out there"

From:

AIM has Nomads who read RNSs and make sure that the company isn't lying in its official RNSs.

The (sub-) Standard List doesn't even require RNSs to be checked for factual content in advance of publication.

So if AIM is a CASINO then the (sub-) Standard List is a casino in the 1850s wild west where the sheriff has just been shot.

A standard listing is sub-AIM in quality/governance. In between AIM and Aquis Exchange

charlesjames1 - That's correct but the reason why they've turned down the 14p offer is because they have no intention of selling the business. They're not going to put themselves out of work.

That is all irrelevant if they sell the whole business PWnite. They won’t need additional working capital as the company will be sold.

To fight off the bid I wouldn't put it past UPL to be forward selling a placing. This increases the number of shares in issue so making it more expensive if SEC are offering 14p per share. It also provides them with additional working capital along with the warrant monies.
