I doubt the design and fitting of the new system will be completed before 2023.

I wonder how they are getting on with their new contract. The design and planning work should be finished by now, possibly now on to the fitting of the system. They should let us know how much they are invoicing in this quarter too.

No news then apart from details of the new broker, all very quiet but I bet UVEL are beavering away on their new contract. When is the next time we are likely to be updated as to how it is going?

UVEL may well be in contact concerning the Myanmar Rail contract and Bangladesh Railway. It seems that it is 'The skys the limit' for Univision going forward.

Yes it means only 18% of shares in public domain ie not many to trade. Hong Kong rules are diff to uk re shareholdings.

According to the UVEL website Univision Holdings Limited and Upsky Investments Limited own 68.4% of the company which are wholly owned by Stephen Koo. Stephen Koo also holds 4.5% on his own so he owns 72.9% in total - does this seem right?

The mm's seem to have the right intention, this will move up on next to no buying. Someone's nipping in just before the close of play to buy a few. Need someone with strong buying intention or a bit of good news to send this to 4-6p IMHO, more director buying perhaps?

True spread for 100K shares is 1.93p - 2.35p. Hopefully not long before we head for the 4p - 6p range and heavier trading to reduce the 17.8% true market spread.

The Company was informed that on 19 December 2017, Nicholas Lyth (Non-executive Director) purchased 450,000 ordinary shares in the Company on that date, details of which are set out below. Following these purchases, Nicholas Lyth is now interested in 1.2 million Ordinary Shares, representing 0.31 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

There was someone showing an interest today and buying a few, it doesn't take much to push the price up. But will it get to 4p again? Needs a following wind.

I came across them lodged with a broker and wondered where they had come from! Prob only a few shares. Yesterday was a rollercoaster but the important bit is the new contract and that they expect to report significantly higher levels of profitability in future periods.
It doesn't take much to move the share price. The mm's don't seem to want to hold many and it Will only take one interested party buying to move up sharply.

The reaction to the news today on profits is the same as that prior to May 2017. The shares traded from 0.45p to 0.8p for 6 years before that with a few leaps and fall backs here and there. In May 2015 shareholders received shares in the hive off of Leader Smart Engineering (Shanghai) Limited.

Was getting quite giddy with the moves up and down. Presumably the mm's are not playing with that many shares and were trying to keep it very tight and how they were dealt with. Still of the view that over time these will spike considerably again if there is any sustained buying but the selling got in the way of things today.

Wow the mm's are certainly working the share price for everything that they can. Not many shares in the public domain leads to large swings either way.

Target remains a distant 4p.
