05/10/2017 10:42 | It has been a holiday period in Hong Kong: Most companies close as many employees are Chinese. Holiday period in China - | noirua
04/10/2017 16:20 | The world's full of mysteries - why would someone spend just a tenner on buying some shares in this co? Is this significant we ask? Is it the signal for a change of ownership? Or will the status quo remain? My bet is on it staying the same but I have been hopelessly wrong on numerous occasions. | wi1l
03/10/2017 13:32 | Yes, odd the silence one way or the other. Oh well, hopefully we see some further future contract news to perk things up. | wolfcub
03/10/2017 12:59 | Seems like it didn't happen because we (presumably) would have been told by now. Only a few sales have gone through in the last few days so would suggest that the status quo remains the same. It would appear they haven't been in any rush to part with their cash too so probably backed out IMHO. | wi1l
02/10/2017 12:23 | Well there appears to be no rush to let us all know, any time today will be fine! | wi1l
02/10/2017 08:10 | Looking back through previous RNS's it appears the company releases RNS's intraday - so will be interesting if we hear anything today. | wolfcub
29/9/2017 13:38 | I don't know the deadline is the 30th (so tomorrow), so am hoping we'll hear either today or monday. | wolfcub

Interest and a penalty will be charged for the delayed transaction. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the 2017 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of UniVision Engineering Limited will be held at UniVision Engineering Limited, Unit 01A, 2/F., Sunbeam Centre, 27 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, on 29 September 2017 at 5:00 p.m. The meeting starts after trading finishes in Hong Kong - UK London Time is 10am on Friday. | noirua

27/9/2017 19:46 | Small float equals big rise | jimduggen
27/9/2017 11:20 | Decent movement here today. Seems to go up on very little. | wolfcub
27/9/2017 10:33 | Nearly impossible to buy in quantity. Unless you want to try a 'Fill or Kill' at 3p for 1 million shares or 4p for 5 million. 103,973,623 shares are in free issue. Chairman Stephen Koo holds 17,233,700 shares on market. ( plus 72.9% off market ) A and C Wells hold 28 million shares on market. That leaves just 58,739,923 shares left to trade. ----- | noirua
27/9/2017 09:52 | foreign aim with massive receivables/intangib | luckymouse
27/9/2017 09:37 | A few buys and up we go again. they must be predicting quite a bit of activity in the next few days and need to stock up - limited by the number that are still available. Any real buying interest and this will fly! | wi1l
26/9/2017 09:51 | China Railway plans to team up with MTR to jointly develop rail projects along the new silk road - | noirua
23/9/2017 15:41 | Agm is on 29th if not by coincidence? Expecting fantastic news | jimduggen
23/9/2017 11:09 | 'The sale of shares by Chairman Stephen Koo, 51% of the company, is at about 2.4p a share and due for completion by 5th September. [ now 29th September 2017 ]There is uncertainty as the two Chinese mainland parties have not completed the deal yet. They have not yet confirmed their own plans but it is expected they will use Univision to step into the mainland Chinese market. The shares might well be worth 4p to 6p once everything is known - markets hate uncertainty' - Posted 15th August 2017. As pointed out by wi1l, UVEL moves quickly as soon as a larger trade is made. I retain my view that Univision are worth 4p to 6p a share. The mainland Chinese buyers are really getting a bargain at around 2.4p a share. | noirua
22/9/2017 16:38 | Very sensitive to trades-One small purchase and whoosh up they go again. | wi1l
21/9/2017 17:03 | If the sale of shares by Chairman Stephen Koo and the purchase of shares by Hai Li and Mr Xin Hai were out of the picture. Then most of the uncertainty in UVEL shares would be gone. If the sale goes through then the two mainland Chinese purchasers would have control of the company. It is certain in my mind that they want to retain Univision as a Hong Kong based company but might prefer the company to be quoted in Hong Kong as well as AIM. Nan Ning Hai Li Real Estate Limited ("Hai Li") might well be interested in bringing back Leader Smart Holding Limited LSH into Univision or purchasing LSH outright. Chairman Stephen Koo is a director and 72.9% shareholder in Leader Smart. LSH have a 51% interest in a shopping Mall in Zhongshan and will benefit from the increased value of a Hotel in Huangshan. On Univision: Annual profits, in my opinion, will rise by an 'average' £1.2 to £1.4 million each year until 2023. On the £38 million contracts with MTR. In the past Chairman Stephen Koo has surprised markets and will probably do so again. | noirua
21/9/2017 17:00 | Well I hope my previous comment didn't cause that! | wi1l |
