The LSH demerger has already been done - it's not a new thing they're announcing. The 0.2p is just the amount they allowed for LSH in the UVEL books.

The Group has completed the procedure to demerge its Electrical and Mechanical ("E&M") and property division (the "Demerger") through an "in-specie" distribution of shares to UniVision's shareholders. The Board believes that the Demerger is in the best interests of the Company and UniVision's shareholders. After the demerger, it allows UniVision to focus on its core Security and Surveillance business whilst the Leader Smart Group focuses on properties which are not related to UniVision's core security and surveillance systems business.The Leader Smart website has been set up to update its shareholders about the company's activities..

Dividend of 0.39 HK cents, up from 0.31 cents last year, but below (just half of) the maiden dividend of 0.78 cents in 2013.

Recognising the Board's confidence in UniVision, it is declaring an increased final dividend of 0.39 HK cents (gross) per share for the financial year ended 31 March, 2015 (2014: 0.31 HK cents), consistent with its dividend policy since the 2013 financial year.

To be clear, the dividend policy, as announced on 8 April 2013, is this:

The Board of UniVision has agreed to pay an annual final dividend to the Shareholders of the Company starting from the financial year ended 31(st) March, 2013. The amount of the dividend to be paid will be determined with reference to the cash position and the financial performance of the Company in each relevant reporting period.

The Annual Results over the last 10 years have been made available from 30th August until 30th September. So last year was earlier than average on 5th September.
Probably the half year results, available in December, will give us more idea of how things are going without Leader Smart. Cash was not that short of £1 million about 3 months ago and that was quite encouraging for the future.

Not far away from the Annual Results announcement and everything looks set fair for Univision.
The trading of UVEL shares and the true widespread of 0.62p - 0.79p is unacceptable and brings AIM trading into question.

TDD (TDW) have now allocated shares in Leader Smart Holdings Limited to their Trading Accounts, ISAs and SIPPS.
The quantities on my trading account are wrong and they've asked me to submit details.

As LSH Leader Smart Holdings Limited are fully demerged from Univision and a website is due to be released, there seems little point posting further on this thread about LSH.

I don't like consolidations at all. They always seem to be a desperate action by management who feel that it's somehow a loss of face running a 'penny share' company. I prefer management that looks to the success of its business as a source of affirmation. As Bernie suggests, companies that consolidate their shares usually end up as 'penny shares' again before long. Look at POL for a particularly disgraceful example.

I'm pretty happy with the share price here given that we've just hived off a major potential asset. UVEL is holding up quite well, and if we can go back to somewhere near the level of the first dividend it'll be an excellent cash generator for us. I'm hoping this will become a long term income provider, with LSH as a possible big bonus down the road. Sooner the better.

Hmmnh 20% drop now on nearly no volume. Not sure I would welcome a consolidation - share prices nearly always seem to drop after them!

I don't see too much in the MM's drop today as they are very defensive. Probably needs UVEL to consolidate the shares, maybe 1/30 leaving a price 30 times higher than today.
The share price should really be at 1p or 30p in a consolidation, because cash levels are high and growth prospects are good; this combined with the encumbrance of Leader Smart hived off into a new company.
