07/5/2015 13:00 | Noirua that is where I read the part about needing to hold the shares at close of play on 8 th May. Bit misleading as if you sold today you would still be registered as the holder 'CUM right's' tomorrow anyway. How far will it fall from here is the question. What is your valuation of UVEL ex-divi? Thanks. | ![]() bernieboy

07/5/2015 12:09 | Apologies if any of my posts confused anyone today. After 30 years of investing I thought I knew what I was doing! Muppet! | ![]() bernieboy
07/5/2015 11:45 | So basically the record date is irrelevant if you held yesterday and sold today then you still get the LSH shares. Thus the drop and sells today! Doh! I thought it was Monday! | ![]() bernieboy

07/5/2015 11:29 | Aha! Yes you are right 7th is ex divi date 8th is record date. But you still have to hold at close of play tomorrow to get the LSH shares right? | ![]() bernieboy
07/5/2015 11:14 | Hopefully todays drop in price due to going ex-divi is the full extent of what I was fearing for next week. | ![]() oilyrag
07/5/2015 10:32 | No you can't, its already ex divi. | ![]() oilyrag
07/5/2015 09:08 | You can now buy a potential 3.6p for 0.9p! | ![]() bernieboy
07/5/2015 09:05 | Wow 30% down on 2.7m sells! Madness! Totally not what I expected this week! Next week maybe but not this week! | ![]() bernieboy
07/5/2015 08:07 | Does give a good in price on the record day for anyone wanting to hold LSH though......, | ![]() bernieboy
07/5/2015 08:06 | Make that 1.3m! | ![]() bernieboy
07/5/2015 08:05 | Early 700k of sells! Not a good start today. I guess some don't want to own shares in LSH or don't want to wait any longer for the zhongshan decision. Seems a shame to be selling now after so long of waiting! | ![]() bernieboy
06/5/2015 14:36 | Unfortunately speculators may exit rather than wait for LSH to see the Arbitration conclusion and sale of the Zhongshan mall. Some may just need to exit because of their own cash concerns. LSH may obtain a stock market quote, giving holders a chance to sell, or will distribute cash eventually. | ![]() noirua
06/5/2015 14:20 | I have an uneasy feeling about this stock at the moment. Those that have been here for years will probably remember that there has never been any value added to UVEL to take into consideration their takeover of Leader Smart. However, I have an awkward feeling that come Monday, that this will open at a thrid of a pennyish as they remove LS's value off of UVEL. The market moves in strange ways and there is always someone trying to relieve you of your assets, no matter how small they may be. I hope i'm wrong. Good luck everyone. | ![]() oilyrag
06/5/2015 09:19 | Thought about buying a lot more stock today but must accept being locked in for a while in LSH Leader Smart Holdings waiting for the Arbitration decision and possible buy by Hua Xin subsidiaries. UVEL will continue to trade, maybe I will wait and buy more next week when the dust settles. Unfortunately I'm often wrong in the guessing game and no match for the company Chairman who is vastly underrated in the UK and probably Hong Kong as well. | ![]() noirua
06/5/2015 09:04 | Really surprised that we haven't seen more buying so far this week. For 1.25p you get a share in LSH valued at around 3.6p plus UVELs security business..... | ![]() bernieboy

04/5/2015 09:50 | Univision’s stake [in the Zhongshan Mall] was independently valued in May 2011 at RMB129m (£13m, HK$164m) or 3.4p per share. [3.6p at present exchange rates] The above is from an appraisal of Univision in 2012 by Allenby. There was a revaluation in September 2013 at £30 million or £15.3m for Univision's 51% stake - 4.15p a Univision share. Exchange rates were 9.7RMB to £ sterling and presently at 9.2RMB = £ sterling. Making Univision's 51% worth RMB157m. | ![]() noirua |
