lazygun et al, of course we do not have any LSH shares until 29th May, as you know.

We then wait for the Arbitration decision concerning the owner of the other 49% of the Zhongshan Mall, or rather, The Arbitrators will decide who the eventual owner is.

If Hua Xin subsidiaries have a favorable outcome they will then negotiate with LSH directors to buy the company's 51% share of the mall. After that LSH directors may distribute available funds or/and seek a quotation on a suitable Stock Exchange.

If Hua Xin lose then LSH will probably negotiate with the 49% owners of the mall - this would have an uncertain outcome.

29/4/2015 - The Board further announces today that the share transfer of Leader Smart Engineering Limited has been executed. The Company's cash and cash equivalents (unaudited) after the demerger is HK$11m (approx.GBP0.93m). The Group maintains a stable cash flow from its existing and new construction and maintenance contracts which the major customers are the government departments and public companies.

At 0.65p the market cap of UVEL is £2.5 million. Cash in hand is £0.93 million and a good deal more than I thought, and trading is positive and the amount of infrastructure being built in Hong Kong, to a high standard, augers well for the company.

It may be a while yet before the market fixes a price for Univision on its own; without LSH. I'm finished with selling and have stuck at 4m shares after reducing last week - looking to buy back stock next week unless something unexpected happens - share price looks too vulnerable in the short term and the 0.4p - 0.8p range looks likely with possible sellers coming in at any time - probably 0.6p is about right for a yield of 4.2%.

UVEL look solid enough with cash around £0.9m and two recent new contracts. I don't blame sellers as they know they are locked into Leader Smart Holdings for quite some time - same happened to another holding when the share price fell 65% but now nearly back to the original price, two years later though.

For what it's worth, at this early stage, the near £1 million cash held by Univision is a good plus factor, going forward, for year ending 2016. Trading looks improved, as pointed out by the Chairman, and I suppose we must just await any further moves by the company after 29th May - looks upbeat for UVEL.

The market cap of Hived off, on 29th May, LSH is outstandingly good at £12.5m to £14 million; market values LSH at around £2.2 million.

Well I can remember trading UVEL at 3.5pence long before LS became part of the equation.

Also there was an unconfirmed bid at circa 5pence from a US company years ago.

I don't see any reason why UVEL shouldn't trade at similar values to its recent history. As I mentioned before LS was never valued in the accounts.

Interesting BernieBoy, I suppose the mall still needs an Arbitration decision and then Hua Xin to make an offer. If the result is against Hua Xin they could walk away leaving LSH to find another buyer or get involved with the other party adding two more floors to the mall.
Also LSH might distribute cash eventually or may go for an AIM quote.

My telephone broker says the MMs took a hammering this morning and are left with a lot of stock - careful what price you pay to buy and accept to sell. Doesn't like to comment on wordings of an RNS. Says, UVEL without LSH look a solid enough outfit.

Thanks for the comments Noirua. Did you manage to get some of those out at the 1.14 level first thing? Had I not got my dates completely wrong I would have been there with ya at 08:01! Was intending to do it first thing on Monday! :'( Cost me a few grand that. My worries are that we could go down to below 0.65 over the coming weeks but what the heck do I know!

The valuation of Univision UVEL without LSH is not something I'm that sure of. The company will have no costs going to LSH and has an excellent order book. All the mall uncertainties are gone now.

I sold a lot of stock today and holding is down to 4 million shares in UVEL. That's it now and maybe a recovery from the 0.80p low point.

As announced, the proposed demerger will be effected by the way through an 'in-specie' distribution of shares to Univision's shareholders. Leader Smart Holdings Limited will allot the new shares up to the appropriate number of shares to facilitate the distribution. Under the distribution, each qualifying shareholder who holds one share of UniVision as at the close of business on 8 May 2015 will be entitled to receive one share of Leader Smart Holdings Limited.

The Directors propose to distribute the shares of Leader Smart Holdings Limited under the dividend timetable as follows:-
Ex date: 07 May 2015
Record date : 08 May 2015
Delivery date: 29 May 2015
