its because hospitality sector is biggest bit of their work and one of their massive customers has gone into administration. It will be a bad debt

It was quite a long article, but basicly saying that the company should be re-rated due to new Client package offerings, low PE, Rand D, cash in bank(1.45p per share), and low PEG.

A number of my lesser AIM holdings have perked up recently following a period of probably unjustified gloom. I can now add this to that list.

Having sold 70% of my holding 16 months ago, I should probably have repurchased some at recent lows. Perhaps not too late now?

I forgot to mention that City Asset Management hold 4.98% of Universe.

This means that just 9 companies/institutions hold 79.24% of Universe.

Current Major share holders in Universe:

24.90% - Downing
10.70% - Ennismore
09.43% - Amati
09.40% - Gresham
08.35% - Alto
05.08% - Baljit Kumar
04.35% - River & Mercantile
04.05% - Barclays

Just 8 companies own 74.26% of Universe.

I am suprised to see Universe share price continues to fall considering Gresham House nearly doubling in their share holding from 4.8% to 9.4%.

Does Gresham House know something that the average retail investor does not.

Quite a few years ago they were last at this level and had a good bounce up to 12p. Was a good turn.

Much worse business back then.

Still suffering the same problems though - difficulty of growing the top line. Their target market is hard.

Might be worth looking into again now from this point.

Univers are a nice little earner for the staff and owners. As a share holder their is no point in holding these really, no dividend very few announcements not a lot of chance that the share price will rise IMHO.

There's actually about 950k of debt so approx £2.4m of net cash.

I wonder what ever happened a few months ago after their previous update Universe said that the next week they were due to be signing up a new customer in Birmingham, then we heard nothing.
