MITP - you can count me in that last sentence.

Any reason why 5 directors resigned from the company this year but this shouldn't be viewed negatively? Looks like a warning sign at first galnce.

Good post Cumnor........MMs really could not care less about AIM shares as they know regulators have little time for dodgy AIM listings....judging by some of the shocking state of businesses floated on AIM I imagine that the FSA and LSE will be glad to see the back of this junk company market sooner rather than later...I know many PIs wish they had never heard of AIM.......

I really do not like the mm's behaviour, i.e. having a sharp rise and then turn down the share price little by little. There are too many spikes in the chart that seems to indicate how irrational the mm can manipulate the market. This can only hurt investors' confidence, considering it has little to do with the performance of the company which is getting better and better. What a shame to the mm's wishing to make a fast buck by sacrifice everything else.

It seems to me the share price of any company often has little to do with the fact of what is actually happening, more to do with the feeling about the company. As such Universe at the moment as it has been for the past year is a very much unloved company. Just look at what has happened with Northen Rock, then with the other banks. The stock market is based on emotion not logic. Oh! not forgetting the mm's wishing to make a fast buck out of us PI's.

I think the headline says it all. This is a recovery company. Winning two contracts in July, and pretax profit up in its August H1 report. However, I do not understand why there comes frequent sells of its shares in recent days, and the share price goes down again as a result. Any thought?

Looks like the chart got a touch of vertigo today and has topped out at the recent previous high.....on the positive side the 50 day MA has broken out above the 100 day MA....usually a good sign but not a guarantee where small caps are concerned......

The Company was informed today that John Scholes, Chairman of the Company, yesterday acquired 275,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 7.318 pence per share and a further 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company today at a price of 8 pence per share. Accordingly, Mr. Scholes is now beneficially interested in 690,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.60 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

marketinthepark, thank you for the advice. It seems we have got a junior for ung. There is no movement whilst a buy of 40,000 went through. Please correct me if I am wrong. The share price at this level is undervalued.

Markets are in a mess these days.....I wouldn't worry about today's poor reaction....juniors are in charge in the Summer and haven't a clue how to value a small cap plc.....so they play safe and either leave then unchanged or mark them down on any sells, no matter how small the value is.....

Recovery? Bloody hell! Amid good news today, a deal worth merely 1k and share price went down 10 percent?! I wonder the mm intends to make the company a FUBAR!
