Conclusion – Following the acquisition of its maiden producing asset, United significantly increased production in 2020, from 1,638boepd in Q1/20 to an exit rate of 2,389boepd. This momentum has continued into 2021, with Q1/21 production increasing 12% QoQ to 2,520boepd. The low onshore costs in Egypt (operating costs of US$5.77/boe) help support cash flow, with US$3.3m of EBITDA achieved over 2020. Importantly, there is significant further upside for United to get across its portfolio, including additional workovers and drilling in Egypt and first gas from the Selva field. Based on the existing asset position, ongoing work programme, production growth and newsflow this should provide, we have a BUY recommendation, adjusting our Core NAV to 5.4p (from 5.0p) and our Risked Exploration NAV to 27.9p (from 27.8p)

Mikro that's my concern that they'll just similarly hike their wages at the same time next year yo reward themselves because 2021 was a so much better year than 2020. If they can't dip hands in their pockets to buy some shares with their fatter paypackets it doesn't sit well with me I'm afraid.

Oh I agree, and I'm certainly not going anywhere anytime soon. The O+G market just seems to be overridden by gamblers who prefer the high risk market.

Been following a prospecting stock closely since last year, much higher share price, no assets found as yet, second shareholder dilution. The share price goes up. Here we have a profitable company with guaranteed growth. share price is all over the place. Market is insane.
