Obviously NTV you have absolutely no understanding of how the City rules & regulations work!

I would be very surprised if there was a placing NTV, unless they had found a potential acquisition. Although now we are firing on all cylinders in Egypt I would hope any acquisition would be funded from other sources than dilution.
Plus Brian is on the record as saying no more dilution.

I was a bit short on the calculation earlier, it looks like approx 5.75m shares surrendered to pay for the warrants.

"Another" buying opportunity. The good fortune for holders never ends here.

The shares in question will have been placed out within the house broker by now. This is a buying opportunity with the possibility that UOG will even end up at the end of the day!

Gregpeck they haven't used any salary to purchase the warrants. They are selling the required amount to pay for the one's they are keeping.

I could live with the salary hikes tbh but rolling this in now as well it is becoming very over the top in the remuneration department. It's like they want everything one hundred percent for them and sod everyone else. Those hikes no doubt helped pay for the warrant shares! And more to come no doubt. Would have softened the blow of some shares had been bought on the open market but clearly no intention of that. Not good form.

I didn't like the smell here Greg. I'm completely out now. The extraordinary salary hikes were the final straw for me. Had I got any left I'd have sold this morning.

cpap it would have had a lot more impact if they weren't selling to purchase.
About 3.5 to 4m worth off the top of my head.

Brian needs to be careful here: looks more and more like uog run to enrich the board and forget shareholders. Massive salary hikes which were concealed and now huge amounts of warrants. Can live with one but both are not right. Don't like the smell here anymore.

Why exercise over a year prior to expiry? That is the question that should be asked by the likes of you know who as the extra amount of shares that might stress might get sold are peanuts. Something is going on in the back ground would be my answer to that question!

Maybe I'm still waking up and need some coffee and a re-read, but these new shares issued, some are going to be owned directly by brian and co. I didn't see how many?Didn't they also promise no fundraising?

From memory I think 1000 boe/d is the nominal throughput on the pipeline from ASH to ES? The one from AJ/ES to the NGC facilities is larger

Spangle, good point. But the pipeline only has a capacity of ~1000boepd gross? Transport would have to be hugely expensive vs the rest of production.

wali, I'll work on it!

Swanvesta, ref Opex.

In Q120, there was no gas export - associated gas was flared. In Q2 and beyond, gas was exported, lifting the BOE, but potentially increasing cost too, e.g. transportation tariff for the gas?

It's a suggested event that might drive the differential, not necessarily the solution.

Also, going forward, as they bring new wells on, the variable component of opex will indeed rise, but the fixed component of opex doesn't. So if they are delivering more production through drilling in 1H21, the opex/BOE should fall, probably back towards that $6 /boe stated?

Very good observations Swanvesta. Please can you tell the H1 2021 projected Profit using your magic.

BTW I think the extrapolated full year profit from Egypt would fit the rest of the numbers if it were $2,754,327 rather than $5,754,327 - that's quite a typo.
