Based on 12 employees and note that 6 of those are admin so assume on significant lower wages then directors. the average staff cost was £180k! (£2.2m / 12).

No one expects them to work for free but those are some hefty wages. some director buys would certainly show confidence and help scaffold the share price but we also need to consider that they might be barred form buying at mo given news flow and insider knowledge.

I personally would value the Egypt concession at over 100m it's clearly bursting with movable oil. That alone will at some point be recognised in the share price The mgmt early that pay rise. They should buy some shares in the market though. Suggest you all use the contact page and send them an email with that idea. But they have played an absolute blinder here imo.

By my calculation they are currently producing around 3,000 boepd (Q1 was around 2,500 and only included the approx. 800 boepd from ASH 3 for a few weeks) - so I think the 2,500-2,700 forecast for 2021 is very conservative (even without any further drill / well test success).

Most BOD will want a higher share price. So it wouldn't surprise me if they use some of their renumeration to buy a load of shares. Here's hoping

Maybe we should just ask them to work for free? Maybe then people would be happy?

It's a proper reason to me bozza. You may not agree with me and that's fine. I still have a fair amount here but I reduced today for reasons given.

How many oil CEO's have just had 4 straight drill hits with 2 more drills planned. How many oil CEO's grabbed the sole Jamaica licence. How many oil CEO's have excellent oil plays in the North Sea, gas in Italy, the list goes on. So, give your head a shake and come up with a proper reason for selling your shares.

No problem here with the remuneration package, remember the size of the board has increased too.
The selling however, same old pattern.

You pay peanuts you get monkeys, no issue for me if they take uog to a mid tier company

I wouldn't be surprised if a few individuals have chosen to reduce today. I did. Not impressed with the huge increase in Directors renumeration package which meant profits were lower than many expected. Particularly given none of them hold a particularly significant number of shares either. Some red flags for me.

Yep when they said they expect the well to be commercial that was gold. Egypt is clearly absolutely massive compared to what they originally thought it's a company maker on its own. Jamaica if they can get a farm down away then drinks on us. I have a funny feeling they might manage it as well. Also uk assets are much better than I originally thought
