02/1/2018 12:44 | Great start to the year so far, I'm expecting big things in 2018, and this is the stock I anticipate has the potential to deliver multiple X returns in my portfolio. Cash was raised in December for a reason, now we just need the deal to be announced and things get very interesting. Happy new year to all shareholders here! | griffin81
02/1/2018 12:39 | Caters, the auditors resigning is the standard process when they are being replaced. I have changed auditors a number of times in companies I own, usually because I was offered better value for money, or greater depth and breadth of services by a new auditing practice. If the accounts were due to be published next week, I would be a little concerned, but the next accounts are not due to be published until the 30th June 2018, which clearly implies this is a controlled replacement with the new auditors having 6 months to complete and publish audited accounts. | griffin81
02/1/2018 12:36 | caters, I suspect you too have been round the block long enough not to believe anything you read on these BB's except for your own research. For you to lambast me for saying to contact those involved but rather believe someone on this BB does not quite ring true. I do not know the answer to your question so if the answer is a totally innocent answer, you never know by phoning them you might just get a reply but hey, you won't so there's your answer. End of convo for me. | dorset64
02/1/2018 12:25 | Dorset, The auditors have no authority or obligation to answer my questions. They have discharged their legal duty by informing the company and by sending a copy of their letter of resignation to Companies House. The company itself is under no obligation to answer my questions and I'd be wasting my time asking them, for crying out loud. Sometimes one can't get a lot of info on these matters and all we have to go on is the letter of resignation, in fact for UOG, two letters of resignation. You've been around the block long enough and I'm really surprised that, with your experience, you'd expect some private investor to get any answer, yet alone the right answer, by phoning either the ex-auditors or the company itself. Why do you think the Companies Act places a legal duty on the auditors to inform Companies House that they have resigned even if it's just to say that there are no circumstances which they consider should be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the company? Be grateful that at least the Companies Act has this provision of disclosure because most times this is the best you'll get when an auditor resigns. | caters
02/1/2018 12:09 | lol caters, so you won't ask the auditors a question in fear of being given wrong information, but you do ask on a free to air BB? Even you must see the hypocrisy there!! | dorset64
02/1/2018 12:01 | Think what you like :-) | caters
