10p to 15p for me in the short term although with the potential news flow that range might prove to be far too conservative?

Medium to long term I am more than happy to go with Brian's share price target for UOG of 100p+

I would agree and is why I've invested for the longer term, and assuming nothing changes will be a long hold. This is now my 2nd largest holding and will keep averaging up, as the story unfolds over the coming months and no doubt years.

This is imo a multiple wealth builder and one to hold.

Agree with all the comments above. I think the big pull for today's appointment is the networking potential with Tullow. He seems to have a very strong background too. These are the best types of companies to get into. I bought in initially because of the management, and that is a huge factor in my eyes. The company seem to be making great strides and I wouldnt be surprised if we hear more about a deal in the next couple of weeks.

Very excited to hold here and will definitely keep adding as we go forward.

From the current level downside is minimal imo upside is off the scale as you say a rare op to get in low and watch the story unfold

I firmly believe that this is one of those rare opportunities when you can get into a company right at the start of what will turn out to be a very rewarding and successful journey:

- a sound strategy (dont put all your eggs in one basket, have some 'bread and butter' and relatively safe projects in Europe that will ensure long term sustainability and then add in some potential huge but riskier upside projects in Latin America and Africa).

- a really experienced and pragmatic management team - a team further strengthened with today's announcement. They've been there before

- links to oil majors and super majors who are approaching UOG to partner

- an opportunity in Jamaica that is just extrordinary

- the likelihood of more good deals to come.

- any fundraising accompanied by good news resulting in positive share price reactions

- on the main market rather than the wild west that is AIM.

I've been stake building here for some months now and will continue to do so. I am super positive about this one.

Of course, the above are just my opinions and do your own research - I'd thoroughly recommend last week's investor call if you want to find out more

United Oil & Gas Plc ("UOG", "United" or the "Company"), the London Stock Exchange listed oil and gas exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that Mr. Graham Martin has joined the Board as a Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.



Mr. Martin is an experienced senior natural resources executive and brings a wealth of international expertise. He is currently a Non-Executive Director at Kenmare Resources plc, one of the leading global producers of titanium minerals and zircon listed in London and Dublin. He has also previously served as an Executive Director, General Counsel and Company Secretary at Tullow Oil plc. From 1997 until 2016, Mr. Martin was centrally involved in the growth of Tullow Oil plc into a FTSE100 business, and in the company's transformative M&A programme. Prior to Tullow Oil plc, Mr. Martin was a partner at the US energy law firm Vinson & Elkins LLP, having started his legal career in Scotland.



Commenting on the new appointment, Brian Larkin, Chief Executive Officer, said:

A few more for me today plus a few more likely on Friday or Monday. Not huge amounts but all added together am slowly building a nice sized portfolio for me in UOG and soon t be my 2nd largest holding behind ARS. Good luck all.

If the chart carries on its orderly march up then 4 weeks and we will probably see 10p, certainly as you suggest the portfolio supports a much higher valuation.
