20/2/2020 13:54 | Well that little bit of excitement got snuffed out very quickly by the seller. Am I own in thinking every sodding AIM stock on planet LSE has a big seller never allowing us to get a decent profit?....rhetorica | marvelman
20/2/2020 13:41 | Second RNS, looks like necessary permissions in place. Still not definitive but as near as dammit. | soulsauce
20/2/2020 12:49 | marunam2 the deal is back dated to Jan19 so ultimately we will have but also we have revenue to come from that period too. | soulsauce
20/2/2020 11:05 | Thanks for the reply, SS. I have a holding here , but will wait for the admission of the new shares to add, unless it drops a good bit lower in the meantime. Abu Sennaan,is a real winner for the price they paid, pure luck, but a bargain. Wonder who paid for the Ash well costs ? | marunam2
20/2/2020 08:57 | marunam2 once the new shares are finally issued and the deal is signed off I expect there will be some strength but the 3p overhang will weigh for a bit so don't see this racing ahead too much until that is cleared. That said, it seems a number of the 3p shares may already have been flipped so I don't see it dropping back either. | soulsauce
20/2/2020 08:38 | I can see why you are peeved Soulsauce, 4.5p, 50% discount to your average. What is the expectations here on admission, they rise on the Ash well increase in production or they go nearer to 3p on the overhang ? | marunam2
20/2/2020 08:20 | Expected now a week tomorrow :-/ | soulsauce
19/2/2020 22:14 | Unable to post link as on my phone but could be news tomorrow. See Lse. | soulsauce
18/2/2020 19:30 | Hi treasure. There will be 619m shares in issue once allocated. Fwiw I don't think for a minute 150m shares are going to drop in to the market. I think quite a lot have already been flipped by 'smaller' investors in on the raising. However I do think there will be an overhang to work through and thus we could be sub 4p for a while yet. As a long term investor with an average nearer 4.5p this is a little galling but I will not go there again. | soulsauce
18/2/2020 19:16 | hi soulsauce So from memory there was just uner 160 million new shares and about 9 million went to an existing shareholder and 2 of the directors. I think 2 directors had around 3 million shares. The other 150 million are the ones that i think are future sold which they call conditionally placed so my very small understanding is a lot but maybe not all ofvthe shares are spoken for and is why i believe the money raised was at 3p. These new shares therefore should see many new inst holders but maybe we wont see an rns as may not be a 3 percent holding which is why i shall try and look at various funds to see the holdings. Its a long old task but i saw a guy i think called coloneldrake did it on the amerisur board back about a year ago. So that way you see the 1 percent holders etc. Its then easy to see whomis making there bit here. Worth also looking at RKH results showing the income/profit on the egypt oil or as near as dammit and gage what it will be for uog with a lot more production. So even if the share price drops back to 3p with 650 million or whatev it is and the relative market cap with an easy to work out earnings leads me to beleive the share price is very low. Anyway thats my take and why i have bought in. I just dont see that at this stage there is a 150 million shares ready to drop into the market looking for a home. | treasure
18/2/2020 17:31 | LOL Spangle | soulsauce
18/2/2020 16:58 | please, don't start another 'what is "mid-Feb"' discussion, Soulsauce! | spangle93
18/2/2020 15:06 | It certainly is cashandcard but they are going to have to say something soon as in the last Aim schedule they said mid February. Need to get this sorted and get the overhang clear, may be then we can move on. | soulsauce
18/2/2020 15:00 | Certainly taking their time to seal this deal. I guess when it comes to Egypt, bureaucracy is snailpace. Cash | cashandcard
17/2/2020 18:44 | treasure how can the new shares be future sold when they have not yet been issued? What if the deal fell apart and the raising pulled? 150m shares will be issued to those who have subscribed for them. I would hope there are some institutions involved. | soulsauce
17/2/2020 18:19 | soulsauce - if this is flippers as you say selling what they already own to buy back at 3p who is selling the 150 million shares then i wonder. You may be right but i thought it is the new shares that have been future sold as 150 million shares cant just hit the market. I am interested to see on 1st march who has been buying them. Obviously if some instiution has bought 3 percent there will be an rns or you have to trawl around various funds etc. As long as the deal goes through over next 2 weeks the share price should in short time be back at the point it was prior to when the deal was announced months ago. When the deal got put back as was intended to be 31st jan we saw loads of big cancelled trades which i think matches with my thinking. I wonder whether they will also buy RKH's other producing well which is about 130 barrels a day ? at some point. So awhen share back at 4p should appease people that are winging about the deal but maybe not..... | treasure
17/2/2020 11:02 | rumobejo officially the shares have not been admitted yet so what you have seen so far mainly is churn due to flippers selling what they already own as they hope they are going to be replaced by 3p shares. It has steadied up of late as the date of admission keeps getting put back but I am sure once admitted there is still a lot of churn to do. That is what you get when you do a p*ss poor raising, and set against bringing in a transformational asset, it was just that. It undermined existing long term shareholders and has just put money in to greedy pockets, many of whom have no long term interest in the company. One day it will be gone, unless they decide to do it all again. | soulsauce
17/2/2020 10:43 | must admit underestimated the size of chjurn here, but one day it will be gone for good... | rumobejo
14/2/2020 10:59 | Just bumbling along at this 3.5p level but makes little sense to me and hence I feel very confident that we will see very nice gains shortly. £40m market cap feels about right to me but all bets are off if we have further successes throughout the 2020 drill campaign. I have a pretty big holding here and want more : ) | thebigbadone
10/2/2020 16:40 | Didn't know I had cpap but if it makes you feel better to think so. | soulsauce
10/2/2020 16:35 | The RTO was anticipated to be completed around mid Feb although obviously with governments there can't be any guarantees where timelines are concerned but will be good if it's signed off and we get confirmation next week. | the manini
10/2/2020 16:22 | LOL since soulsauce "gave it a rest".... | cpap man
10/2/2020 15:46 | SP strong at the mo...cannot buy in volume but can sell with ease | marvelman
07/2/2020 16:51 | Yes you are not known for banging on are you lol. | soulsauce |
