Well it would appear the management both here and at RBD(Rathlin) all give off a lacklustre, uninterested, sometime in the future, jam tomorrow feeling, which has understandably filtered through to the shareholders and the market in general..

investing in ujo is not for the feint hearted, it's been a rollercoaster with leaked placings and mixed messages from DB (that's being kind) and endless delays. However, ujo has a good portfolio of assets, a few million in the bank and is hopefully on the cusp of $3m or $4m pa from wressle and a windfall from WN in the autumn. imho the downside risk is no greater than 25% but the upside could be huge....

Given the track record on this, having a permit in place doesn't mean they will use it - hence the reason for not declaring the fact!
