You may not be aware of the rumour that the partners were trying to buy us out on the cheap , hence it was in their interests to delay.

b-dog, any UJO discussions with a potential buyer would not have any impact on EWT and CPR as it would be business as usual. I've no idea how you came to such a conclusion?!

I can certainly believe that they weren't cracking on with the EWT and CPR whilst there was a chance that UJO would sell out.

So UJO declined an offer of £40m and this was of course not material enough for an RNS.... BMD has been left out in the cold and he doesn't like it.

A couple of years ago it was going to be sold! (Suggested for £100m - £150m) but waiting to prove up would surely up the value, hence always better to not place a value until “min & max” are established as a definite £value overall???? Per just may still with the companies owning the licence actually go into production!?!? Always a possibility?

some serious twitter ramping from Daniel Levi

Sources: potentially 150M+BOE recoverable at #WestNewton It’s an offshore discovery onshore

Make no mistake it’ll be sold to 1 of 2 majors currently in talks with #RBD #Rathlin & #UJO

Punters don’t know this, but they do now!

Junior partner #UJO turned down circa £40M offer

granny, unfortunately many of the Romanians who were allowed in were gypsies, who are generally scum in whatever country they originate from, as demonstrated by every 'travellers' camp' where they leave all their sh*t behind and all the rubbish they have been paid to dump! True Romanians generally hate the gypsies with a vengeance, firstly because they're thieving lazy scum whose only work is theft, pickpocketing and prostitution; secondly because they are widely known as 'Roma gypsies' which has absolutely nothing to do with Romania (or Rome) but the connection is nigh on impossible to remove!

as regards Parta...go sort it yourself you lazy gypsy ;-0)

they say "buy the rumour, sell the fact", well, with WN it seems to be "ignore the rumours, wait for some solid results"...perhaps the real money is waiting until the summer when we have a new CPR???

I did raise an eyebrow when I saw the Romanian angle but Romania have been drilling for oil longer than the ham thanks and have a very established and respected petroleum Institute. Largest oil producer in the world producing oil during WWII (till the banks bombed the sh1t out of them!
