RBD steady climb this week & we are still like a yo-yo. The Prop-Sqez was discussed in March at council meeting & agreed to have ready for start at May but as normal running late for whatever.

Volume seems to be picking up today which should help, but MM’s have to try and hold steady.......

Egdon doing us no favours not explain whats going on at Wressle, why the permission is taking so long, and giving some indication as to when we might do the proppant squeeze..

comments like this popping up on other forums "UJO is under pressure as Wressle looks like another Greengrass ponzi scam"

I thought it was separate. They have outline permission for all the work , but need permission to commence the PS. You never know though.

from Egdon's updated website

"Planning consent and an Environmental Permit are in place to undertake the proposed work at site"

does that mean we have permission for the squeeze ? Was it held up until the ground water monitoring program was published? Any ideas?

water monitoring just published, all fine

3 SUMMARY OF DATA COLLECTED BETWEEN JANUARY – MARCH 2021
Selected chemical indicators are plotted graphically (Figure 2 & 3) to illustrate the trends in water chemistry across
the monitoring period.
The field and laboratory data from January – March 2021 is broadly consistent with the baseline data. There has
been no impact from the operational activities at the Site, with key observations including:
 NO visible oil or grease were observed during sampling.
 NO Volatile or Semi‐Volatile Organic Compounds, extractable Petroleum Hydrocarbons, or
Alcohols/Acetates were detected in any of the samples.
 Concentrations of dissolved methane are at very low levels and consistent with baseline data.
The laboratory data displays good reproducibility. Ionic balances are < ±5%, which is within acceptable criteria.

"Workover operations prior to start of production will include reperforation of the Ashover Grit reservoir and a proppant squeeze to “unblock” the rock pores and perforations. The proppant squeeze is not High-Volume Hydraulic Fracturing – it is completely different in terms of scale, duration and purpose and for clarity there are no shale oil or gas formations in the area. The flow rate following the workover operations is expected to be 500 barrels of oil per day. The proppant squeeze would be undertaken once only.

Planning consent and an Environmental Permit are in place to undertake the proposed work at site. Baseline groundwater monitoring data has been acquired and will be published here when finalised.

Planning permission is also in place to undertake the drilling of a short-length sidetrack well if needed."

it's been a long, long, long wait for Wressle and WN, is this the summer that propels ujo from being a wannabe to a serious player? we are so close...

I think he means that there won't be any more placings , so they can't be leaked. Obviously they would be if there were any more.

How does California Joe know that the era of leaked placings are over. Someone made a lot of money shorting before the last placing and no prosecutions occurred so it could easily happen again. This company has great assets but a diabolical history of insider trading.

It is looking a lot better on the brent crude price front, if we can just get that 500 bopd from Wressle, it would be a great little earner!

an interesting aspect to what ujo may do with the money is the fact that the 4 directors are aged 69, 70, 75 & 77 (according to the new website). I wonder if they would have the energy/desire to keep building the company?
