Well result on Monday am I strongly suspect. Today should be the start of the business end of the drill, so today's rise could be insider buying of the usaul type.

i just hope the (small so far) recovery is due to positive feedback from the drill

No use, miles out as it doesn't include the pre-drill can kicking activity, the longest part of the works programme.

He also tips ANGS having completely failed to understand the financial situation (either that or just ignoring it).

hard to disagree cash, bisc is a rainbows and unicorns project but kedd was supposed to be over-ready and imminent last year. perhaps we will find out why it hasnt been progressed in the Finals - probably just more corporate waffle though

Law,Anyone still thinking of small-scale UK oil developments in this fiscal Environment maybe living under a stone.Keddington, Biscathorpe the two twins, all nonsense and a waste of time.USA - within a matter of months, it's all happening - no NIMBYs, councils stonewalling, or drag from comatose operators. Just straight to the drillsite and the drillbit gets going. USA is the way forward, especially with Trump heading back to the Whitehouse.Cash

1347,The same could be said of any number of smallcaps looking to list in the States. However, each company is unique and should really be judged on its merits. Of course there are others in the states with varying risk profiles so it's a moot point . Something tells me we will see some interest in the States if Hunton play works out. They may not be done with Royalty purchases aswell. At £17mln and with production and cashflow (from operations and royalties), this one does have plenty of scope to grow in a success case.Cash

tta - I wan't involved during the Nighthawk days but I'm aware of how it panned out. Yes this is all just a diversion, in my view, because very little progress has been made on anything since they got Wressle into production. I doubt USA 'investors' would be interested in UK can kickers when they can stick their dollars into any number of companies drilling in the Permain at a much faster rate and more cheaply unless they get some kind of tax break.

"the current operator, Egdon Resources, has been talking to Dorset Council about proposals to drill two new wells and a sidetrack and produce oil for 15 years. "

A little less conversation, a little more action please (at Keddington)
