There is a long time between now and when/if oil is extracted at HH and although I agree that the PoO will be higher in 12 months time than now,it could go much lower first. UKOG is also likely to need to issue a lot of equity for cash as £5m is not a lot in the oil game. I also do not think that it is certain that extraction will be commercially viable,we have yet to see extraction costs yet. Finally I do think that there is a lot of 'hot money' in this share and day traders are fickle and are likely to move onto the next 'flavour of the month' share.

Very low volumes today,I expect the drift lower to continue. Watch out for sells in the buy column as well. Of the recent trades the 2.40p buys were in fact sells. The 2.4480p buy was the real buy.

I am completely bullish this company long term. A buy and hold strategy will suit those who can't take the pace of the daily gyrations. I usually keep a small holding for the inevitable news which so far has been all good. However, I trade a larger holding so yesterday was brilliant, buying at the lows selling at the top, adding £1k to the value of this portion my portfolio. Buy and hold isn't wrong though, and at one time I had significantly more shares than I can currently purchase.

With the likes of janekane and other detractors, this will inevitably have down days, and as a chartist, I can see MACD is still working off the 2nd rise above 3p on the daily chart, so trading on the shorter term indicators is a reasonable short term strategy. However, there are limits and the environment for the share is significantly different to what it was on the first jump above 3p a year ago. Currently, I do not believe this will fall back below 2p unless there is some very dire news, which from where we are now, I think unlikely. The area from which we bounced yesterday could well be as low as it's going to get.

less than 0.5% of shares have been traded as at 9am. there have been 58 trades of which 32 were sells. I could quite easily assume these sellers were traders not getting the fast buck they were in for and the buyers are long-term investors armed with good research.

Fact is, you haven't got a clue what the motivations are behind today's trades and nor do I. You have espoused not one fact in your short and immemorable time on this board - Suggest you go back to your buddy TW and persevere with your right-hand technique.....

The amount of sellers ( bears) out way the buyers (Bulls) 70 /30 perhaps you could give us your opinion as to why they (bears) have got it wrong
Please spare us the verble thick n smelly about millions of barrels of oil their may be but is it a viable exercise in its extraction
Give us your opinion as to why the more savvy investors out way the idiots who keep holding and acquiring ever bigger losses

This is a pump n dump share,if you want to know the share price direction just look at the volume,if it is low the share price will fall,imo.

Market makers trying to get as much sellers as possible hence the spread dont panic as this will be like yesterday and move up into the close take what ever chance you get in topping up if you can.

Ps no placing likely for the foreseeable, Ukog have got almost c £5m cash and do not require more funding until they need more cash for their next expenditure.( they don't need any more cash until they are ready to take HH to the next level) ..any future placing will be at multiples of existing share price and they will have a queue of willing participants ..gla longs :-)

Very soon TU, the flowtest contractors are contracted to end of March....Easter's early and so Golden Eggs all round, although they are oval. Gl :-)
