Really confused.So the reorganisation of shares has gone through even though it's been announced it's temporarily on hold.But even if it's gone through it should be 1 new share for 10 previously held. So the price should be 10 times up not down as shown on ADVFN

Yes UKOG might have looked promising once upon a time when it looked like there could be something in the Kim play but HH proved to be but a short term abberation, which is why they never, ever released an updated CPR.

However the game was up when they took out death spiral finance towards paying off Magellan to acquire further interest in what turned out to be pretty much a dud asset, no doubt 'facilitated' by Howard. They then valued it at just £847,000 in the subsequent accounts and have made huge impairments since.

Since then it's been obvious that it's just a jam tomorrow company that only exists on placing and payday loans to keep Directors snouts in the trough as long as possible, anyone that didn't realise it should stick to Ladbrooks or similar gambling outlets.

This is one of the companies that should have been investigated by the FCA a long time ago, but they are as much use as the pillock currently squatting in No 10.

The new business model is to be announced tomorrow via an RNS

From what i understand the plan is to market little bottles of UK OIL, at Gatwick Airport for £25.00 a pop.

Heathrow prices, i gather will be double that.

The marketing plan is being worked on today.

Some bright spark at the company has pointed out they could run out of stock within 6 weeks .

UKOG’s annual accounts for the year ending September 2020 reported that Mr Sanderson’s gross annual salary was £297,000.

If he is able to raise £0.5m, more than half will pay his wages. Sod that! I call this a professional beggar who collected money for him by issuing confetti shares. Not much different from a beggar on the street!

Wow... first time i see the share price is down to 0.0095p. Never seen in other companies before. Must be a world record. Toilet paper is worth more than this!! Bloody elll.

Suspension is looming. Sanderson has to apply for Universal Credit from now on. No more taking other people's money to fund his lifestyle. Enough!!
