This is what the company still has to raise the shares for. They are well behind the original schedule in the "£3 million funding facility" RNS.

3 committed tranches:
£2 million receivable no later than 2 days after completion ("First Tranche"),
£0.5 million receivable by no later than November 17th 2023, and
£0.5 million receivable no later than February 16th 2024,
So far they haven't "paid" of the £2m worth of shares.

Shares available between GM and AGM 14,767,463,100 if resolution passed
Possible shares going into AGM 44,302,389,204 if resolution passed

Divide those figure by 10 if Resolutions 1, 2 and 4 are passed.

Then imagine UKOG take up offer of YA for another £2m. You are then looking at another possible 15bn shares taking it to over 60bn or 6 bn depending on what happens at the GM/AGM.

Another aim disaster story for investors . Not long now before this one finally bites the dust . The lack of fracking killed this one well and truly . That said if the management has been dynamic and clever they could have made it work as I explained a long time ago . Too late now though this one is done
