HCA: yes, I’ve seen a few. In my view, if you have laws and regulations, they should be enforced. Well run companies incur costs to ensure they remain compliant with all this stuff. It’s very unfair that bucket shops, which don’t, get away with it.

I suppose it may be a data entry error at Companies House in this case. I’d check it if I were UKOG. Not very nice to have a potential blot on the old escutcheon in the form of a criminal conviction, what? (sorry, wrong Board, thought for a minute I was on the Anguish site - they’ve got to file by tomorrow for their principal operating company, now controlled by Law Debenture).

Happens all the time and nothing gets done. Check how many companies file on the last day even though they have reported the annuals early.

If anything the number of wells may be higher as I don't have all the Scout Reports but the November 2020 issue gives the full production figures for all the fields they have an interest in so in fact it could be worse. It is quite easy for anyone to check.

UKOG has published its 2020 Accounts (in April). It looks as if they may have forgotten to file them at Companies House, unless there’s some reason for this. They’ve got one day in which to file them. Some public-spirited shareholder might like to draw the FD’s attention to this:

The Consequences of Late Submission of Company Accounts
Failure to file accounts on time is a criminal offences under the Companies Act 2006. ...
Your company could be struck off the register. ...
You could be held in breach of your duty as a director.

Assuming your research as entirely accurate,1000 bopd plus from over 50 wells with interests between 20 & 88% is awfully low


Really puts the Resan prospects into some perspective.

Sanderson states they are targeting a missed pay .
Has echoes for me of all those oil companies that 'missed' the billions potential of the Kimmeridge.

Is Resan a realistic dream chase? AME are happy for UKOG to pay to 'roll the dice'

The question is; are AME actually getting costs fully paid by UKOG yet?
I doubt it very much.

Still no news on the much needed 'near term' fund raising by UKOG required to honour their Resan work obligations.

It is not only UKOG that needs a result. AME do need a winner. They are producing just over 1000 bopd over the fields they have an interest in (40,000 barrels a month). That interest is between 20% and 88% for over 50 wells.
