22/6/2021 10:30 | Iammrweald 21 Jun '21 - 16:26 - 148163 - I can think of no other reason why anyone would post every day, repeatedly dribbling lives away and not having a motivation of some sort. I don't believe the shorting line, utter BS, so what other reason is there, YOU tell me. Don't explain that you lot are just pathetic losers that cannot let go, surely not! | tradermel

21/6/2021 16:26 | Mel,with respect. If you think swampie shorters, derampers etc have held this company back over the years you are the pathetic one here. Just take a cold hard look at the rns' ukog put out, usually followed by long silences and follow this up with indifferent, vague news, usually the same news but rehashed in different terminology to make the market actually think they are a proper, viable company. Enjoy watching the fools. | iammrweald
21/6/2021 15:59 | Waiting for a big whoosh into a close @ .25p. 12much is the man! Just wondering why the delay? he he | iammrweald

21/6/2021 15:18 | That 20 million sell might just be an indication of forward selling ; so placing news pretty soon, maybe? | cyan
21/6/2021 14:52 | WTD will be along to explain it all to us simpletons. | bionicdog
21/6/2021 12:21 | I wonder what price the pacing will be at. 20% discount I would have thought and the lower it goes , the lower the placing price. Hurry up Stevie before it drops further. | bionicdog
21/6/2021 12:04 | I wonder when Hazel will be back to say "looking good". | bionicdog
21/6/2021 12:03 | I wonder why it didn't even get to 0.25p. | hans christian andersen
21/6/2021 11:59 | That didn't last long. 0.17p is wildly optimistic IMO. | bionicdog
21/6/2021 11:44 | Good spot HCA. we all know that UKOG has learnt that issuing an RNS; almost without regard to the value of its content; does usually help lift the share price I suspect AME were left in a tricky place. They expected UKOG to pay up front but have been left with a tricky decision; risk losing the licence and/or getting black marks from the Turkish decision makers; or offer effective finance support to UKOG by digging in to their own pockets to get the drill going. | cyan
21/6/2021 11:23 | Beginning to suspect that time pressure ; that dead line; forced the issues and that, just maybe, AME a have had to offer, effectively ,a bridging loan type support. Would UKOG be obliged to inform the market though? Without a candid explanation of UKOG's cash position and its 'near term' working capital requirements; everyone's in the dark. This has got rather to close to the wire..so..... maybe. | cyan
21/6/2021 11:16 | Per shareprophets: "UK Oil & Gas – discounted placing at 0.17p underway already after delightful Turkish ramp today? UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), the member of the minus 97% club, run by Lyin’ Steve Sanderson must be ready to pull the trigger on a bailout placing judging by news this week. Indeed there are suggestions that it is already looking to place 2 billion shares at 15% discount to the 0.2p bid so raising a gross £3.4 million, call it £3.1 million net." | henchard
21/6/2021 10:41 | The 'near future ' paragraph UKOG released prior to the GM vote; "In order to deliver the Company's stated strategy and growth objectives, it will require further funds in the near future for, amongst other things, its funding obligations under the agreed work programme for the Resan Licence and any of the new Licence applications should they be awarded to the Company and its partner. " "...will require further funds in the near future for, amongst other things, its funding obligations under the agreed work programme for the Resan Licence.." That line always suggested to me that funds would be required to actually drill as we were informed that the £2.2m previously raised was only for initial operations; RNS dated 2nd October 2020 "Use of funds The Proceeds of the Placing will, therefore, be used primarily to support and fund UKOG's share of initial Turkish Licence operations costs, to include the purchase of long-lead drilling equipment, construction of a drilling pad and necessary preparations for seismic acquisition. ." Ummmm placing or spud news? | cyan
21/6/2021 10:33 | I'll go for a placing. | bionicdog
21/6/2021 10:00 | Excitement over. Will they spud by the 27th? | bionicdog |
