Company pays 1.2 million in cash to both and issue shares of £2.4 million.So that is the reason it will not move up today.in long run it will move so be patient.

So much for those saying we would get the licence for free. Initial term expired at the end of the month with no sign of CELTIQUE or MAGELLAN coming to an agreement.

£1.25m and 143m more shares will be the true cost if approved.

UKOG said previous analyses at the site "strongly suggest that the Licence presents look-alike Kimmeridge Limestone oil potential to that seen at Horse Hill".

"This is a transformational step for the Company and its position in the new Weald Kimmeridge Limestone oil resource play," said UKOG chairman Stephen Sanderson.

"The transaction more than doubles our net acreage position and potential recoverable resource base in the most prospective part of the play, all at a very reasonable entry price. The transaction makes UKOG the leading player and acreage holder in Kimmeridge oil and a significant player in the UK onshore oil industry."

Sanderson added that there is a potential "cherry on the cake" from the acquisition, as it brings with it "the opportunity to appraise the conventional Godley Bridge gas discovery 30 plus years after its discovery and, most importantly, at the same time to test the underlying Kimmeridge limestones".

Money munchPrevious Nutech report said 255 million barrels per square mile X THAT by 116 for bb1 area gives 2.9 bn 10%mean avg recovery... and we wait for an update on this :-)

Plus they are cash strapped. No money to put in the pot for development. This is a good deal for them. It unlocks the asset, let someone else take on the risk and go along for the ride!!

Orinocor- if you did your research you would find that Celtic and Magellan have been suing each other for years. This deal unlocks the deadlock and UKOG can now get on with drilling Broadford Bridge.

This will easily be back over 2p now. Should move up very quickly they have only doubled the area they will be recovering oil from amazing stuff.
