If you hold a valuable asset you do not give it away. You sell it for as much as you can get. That's whether you are selling your house or your car. Therefore UKOG shares should plunge today. By how much lets wait and see. If these other companies are selling their acreage for a pittance then it shows how much 100% must be worth. The answer to that is "not very much".

The acquisitions more than double the Company's net acreage holdings in the prime Kimmeridge Limestone Oil province, as proven by the Horse Hill-1 ("HH-1") oil discovery which, as previously reported on 21 March 2016, flow tested at a commercial aggregate stable dry oil rate of 1,688 barrels of oil per day from the Kimmeridge Limestones and Portland section.

On the acquisition and the costs of running, testing, drilling etc etc etc. I did warn this would be suicidal.I dare say this will spike today as people pile in without doing their DD. Be careful IMO.

Some of the cash. Most of the deal is in shares with a lock in period. I am not a lover of companies issuing shares but in this instance it makes perfect sense. Build a critical mass of assets and use the cash you have to exploit them. They know there is oil, it is now just a question of getting it out of the ground commercially. I agree with Sanderson when he says"the next 6 to 18 months are going to be very exciting"

courtesy of manf4949 on Lse which speaks volumes imho.......get ready for lift off when all the placing shares are positioned......no news on acquisition from Ukog until Mpet release their news, followed by news from Nutech/Xodus unless of course a fast track deal has been done to hold back reserves upgrade until the Brexitt vote is done.....exciting times nevertheless, near, medium and beyond. Transformational upside potential from now on in, for those invested. C'mon England!!!.....aka GB....UK Plc ;-)))

The trade for 30m plus is late from yesterday, presumably the last of the placing shares to settle, can't be too many more to go imho....and back towards 2p plus when all positions taken up. Gl :-)

More than likely by the end of the month, 20 days on news of Mpet's 35% interest at HH and drill or drop for their other Weald license blocks, and two weeks to Brexit....suggesion/speculation that the Nutech/Xodus reserves upgrade is being held back until the outcome of the vote is known because of the massive amount of oil in place and its "National Significance".......a good news story for the in's or the out's and both will be keen to fast track HH's development whatever the outcome. Gla holders, continued upward momentum from this bargain low a given imho. ;-)
