04/10/2013 12:06 | >>>>>mdchand - have been mentioning this a lot over the past few weeks myself too. Hopefully Nobby might have an answer to my question from the presentation (what AR and BJ annual wage packages are) as the cash burn should be slowly down greatly due to reduction in R&D costs. As the presentation shows we are going into the 'commercialisation' stage at TYR. I suspect a big chunk of the cash burn is wages. As a shareholder I think we have a right to know I might dig out an old annual report this weekend and try and do this myself actually | techair
04/10/2013 11:23 | I'm a long term holder, but the cash burn v's cash flow debate troubles me greatly. Did they mention anything about this in the presentation? | mdchand
04/10/2013 06:02 | Someone WAS looking to get in...to the tune of nearly £30k. That's over 1% of the TYRU shares. Someone who was at the presentation I guess? | michaelsadvfn
03/10/2013 23:06 | There is no way they can put it on the packaging if it's not true is there? Active Ingredient Natrum Muriaticum 2X (HPUS) hxxp://www.downtownc google it, it's salt and a copy of Licefreee! hxxp://www.teclabsin | cliley454
03/10/2013 17:20 | Thanks for the info, Nobby. VAMOUSSE.. the natural born killer!! | zelder
03/10/2013 16:28 | I like that presentation, not that I learned too much from it mind you. Quite a reassuring read. Looks like there's still a seller offloading TYRU but with the bid up a touch perhaps there is someone looking to get in. | michaelsadvfn
03/10/2013 15:31 | I will explain later. Yes there is salt in it (like there will be with anything which is water based) but that is not the active ingredient. There is a regulatory reason why it says salt and they won't be able to change it without spending a fortune and doing studies which will take years! Some people on here need to get a grip and do their research properly. There is no way a patented product could be based on salt. Sometimes I begin to despair about this board...... 03/10/2013 10:41 | TYR's presentation from last night:- | aim_trader
03/10/2013 09:57 | cliley - I read Nobbys comment as 'there is salt in it but lots of other things too' which might make it more affective than other similar products out there? The Curse of TYR presentations strikes again! Down on TYRU this morning | techair
03/10/2013 09:45 | The packaging states sodium chloride so if it's wrong it needs correcting. hxxp://dailymed.nlm. | cliley454
02/10/2013 22:42 | Nobby I agree I got the same message and will try to post more late tomorrow. I had a good chat with Alan. Let us hope that the DEMG meeting is as good, as I am down to go. | sidam
02/10/2013 22:15 | Well overall it was well worth going; the potential for this company is massive. I will post my observations tomorrow but not early as I am heading into London again for the Deltex private investor presentation. But just to say the salt story is wrong wrong wrong!!! Rest assured there is much more in Vamoose than salt!!!!!! Amazing how muppets can get completely the wrong end of the stick. And he was telling us to do our research properly...... 02/10/2013 14:16 | Nobby - I would love to go tonight but unfortunately live too far away to commute in. Please though could you ask a question for me tonight Seeing as we are burning cash at an approximate rate of $500k a month, I would like to know what the annual wage package are for both Alan Reade and Bruno Jactel please? Including options I would assume Thanks in advance | techair
02/10/2013 12:30 | Nobby et al More on salt. I recollect that when I studied Zoology many many years ago, salt could be used on invertebrates such as leeches to make them let go. If that recollection is correct, then I would be surprised if salt were not one ingredient to make the ticks let go. I still am of the view that the daily med site has got inactives wrong. | sidam
02/10/2013 11:52 | Nobby I am most probably going this evening. Do you intend to ask about Vamousse and if it is only salt? Someone should! However, there are other ingredients which that website includes but says are in active. I have always been under the impression that Vamousse actives were natural oils. | sidam
02/10/2013 09:45 | Tonight- Alan Reade will be presenting to investors. Free to attend. Complimentary wine and canape reception. Registration- tinyurl.com/oc6klod | aim_trader
02/10/2013 09:43 | Unfortunately i can't make it, Nobby. Will be good if you do go and look forward to hearing your report. | zelder
02/10/2013 08:23 | I'm always interested in the short view: if I've missed something it's never too late to sell. I won't be selling TYR though. The Vamousse sales pitch isn't that it's the first natural product or (of course) that it's an approved pharmaceutical product: it's that the product is the most efficient and most convenient product and it's natural and safe to use on your children and yourself. The efficacy and novelty of the technology is supported by the partners: Novartis (why would the world #1 put it's name on a product that wasn't top tier???), Kraft (as was) etc. | somerset lad
02/10/2013 08:12 | I will be going to the Proactive Investor meeting tonight so will report back tomorrow. Is anyone elose going from here? Happy to meet up if so. GLA Nobby | nobbygnome
02/10/2013 02:13 | Cliley- Every post on this thread, as far back as last year, you have basically said how rubbish you think Tyratech and it's products are, so why keep wasting your time doing yet more 'research' on a company you will never invest in just so you can 'share your findings'? Licefreee are the most popular 'non toxic' treatments for head lice in the US and no doubt the company behind it have done extremely well for themselves over the years. Tyratech's head lice treatment is superior to that of Licefrees as it is proven to kill 100% of nits, immature and adult head lice within 15 minutes, something that none of the Licefreee products can do. | zelder
01/10/2013 22:40 | A quick search on google finds a head lice mousse containing sodium chloride. hxxp://www.amazon.co I rest my case. | cliley454
01/10/2013 22:36 | I don't come on here every day talking down this stock. I've done some research and feel I should share my findings. Everyone should do their own research and then decide if they think it's worth an investment. There may or may not be a mousse available but there's been a spray, a gel and a shampoo out for 13 years using the same ingredients yet they portray their product has revolutionary. "Long gone are the days of stinky, smelly, chemical pesticides to treat head lice. Instead of using the traditional permethrin and pyrethrum over-the-counter head lice treatments, consider Non-toxic Licefreee Brand Head Lice Treatments! Licefreee kills head lice naturally using sodium chloride (salt). Our head lice treatments have a pleasant smell (like licorice) and are safe to use for children 6 months and older. As one of the first non-toxic lice treatments on the market, Licefreee Gel has been a favorite of school nurses and pediatricians since its launch in 2000. Licefreee Gel kills both head lice and their nits (eggs). The favorite choice of the busy parent - Licefreee Spray is the only one-step over-the-counter lice treatment that allows you to spray and go! Because it kills the nits as well, nit combing isn't necessary. However we do include a stainless steel nit comb in our treatments because many schools still have no-nit policies. Want to avoid a head lice infestation? Try Licefreee Everyday Shampoo. It creates an environment that head lice do not like to live so they travel elsewhere. If you do come in contact with head lice, Licefreee Everyday will also kill the lice when used as directed. - See more at: hxxp://www.teclabsin | cliley454
01/10/2013 14:07 | It will be interesting to see how the presentation goes tomorrow, hopefully proactive will publish the video. Cliley....as far as I can see there is no non-toxic mousse treatment for headlice available anywhere currently. If there are other homeopathic treatments, so what. Tyratech just need to make sure their treatment is the best and easiest to use. Good marketing is expensive but it usually pays for itself many times over and is therefore well worth the money. You seem to ignore the fact that they also have a large number of other products as well. | dassaco
01/10/2013 08:43 | Thanks cliley. Thats enough for me, I've just sold out my smallholding for a small loss. This may yet still be a spectacular share, but 4 months or so of seeing it do nothing is enough for me. | mark knopfler
