TYCO TO REPORT FOURTH QUARTER RESULTS ON NOVEMBER 4, 2003

PEMBROKE, Bermuda, September 9, 2003 -- Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE: TYC, BSX:
TYC, LSE: TYI) will report fourth quarter results before trading begins on
Tuesday, November 4, 2003.  The Company will hold a conference call for
