10/6/2022 08:00 | Guess the only reason they are in Africa is nobody else would trust most of the regimes. Corruption, nepotism and downright kleptocracy is all you can say about mineral and fossil fuel extraction especially in the areas Tullow is operating in. No matter what desperation the stink of Heavey and his team remain. Nothing but sand and sulphur discovered and now a desperate attempt to shore up the finances Oil over 100 and this dog has actually lost market cap | badger36
10/6/2022 07:55 | xxjnr: perhaps one day they will fizz out like the damp squid that they are ! | zingaro
10/6/2022 07:15 | Here we go again, shocking corrupt share price manipulation and proves the market considers this to be the worst deal ever for TLW and its investors. VOTE NO! | fizzmiss
10/6/2022 07:03 | Raul is running a blinder for his past mates with this merger. Don't let this poncey merger go through. The share price has been manipulated lower for the last 2 years for an agenda. To give TLW and our assets on a plate to Ruals mates. VOTE A BIG FAT NOOOOOOO, to this disgrace of a one-sided merger! | fizzmiss
10/6/2022 06:43 | flzzmiss 10 Jun '22 - 07:34 - 57537 of 57537 (Filtered) another fizz-iteration. | xxnjr
10/6/2022 06:34 | Caught me having a weak moment. Very worried about my short. If this merger goes through that rip off merchant in charge will have stitched me up big time. Vote no. Listen to me brrrr | flzzmiss
10/6/2022 06:06 | When we get a Moody's upgrade nothing happens to the price, but you sure as bet it was a downgrade the share would have been down to 35p yesterday....come on 70p what does it have to do to get there? | kulvinder
10/6/2022 05:35 | Absolute rip off for all TLW investors. The share price has been manipulated lower for the last 2 years to enable this very cheap sell off of TLW assets. VOTE NO TO THIS RIP OFF DEAL. | fizzmiss
09/6/2022 21:27 | Is that conflick or corn flakes? | fizzmlss

09/6/2022 15:20 | As soon as the conflick is over 37p you heard it here first, diplomatic good relations will return to the west. | frontdoor bulls the grim bitch
09/6/2022 15:14 | I was thinking the same about you. Why? What has Raul ever done to improve the shareprice? I did say he would sell on TLW for peanuts to his old mates when he first arrived, and here we are. Peanuts, Peanuts luvly peanuts. The Worst deal ever for TLW investors..... AGAINNNNNNNNNNNNN! Give this TLW manipulated shareprice merger the contempt it deserves. VOTE NO! We dont need CNE button money for our holdings, wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy undervalued. | fizzmiss
09/6/2022 14:37 | Fizzmiss. Am I the only one who thinks your ridiculous. | oska
09/6/2022 13:51 | Another fine mess you have got us into Raul lol. The share price performed better before you handed TLW on a plate to your CNE mates. VOTE NO! Appalling share price manipulated deal! Resign, Raul, you're putting TLW and its investors through the death of a thousand cuts, simply to feed your mates. Just like I said you would when you arrived. | fizzmiss
09/6/2022 13:38 | Yes anley we know you have a Deltic position! I sold my DELT as it might be more likely now that CNE-TLW exit under Rahul methinks. But good luck. | xxnjr
09/6/2022 13:33 | If one of the JV's with Deltic is successful than that will be worth.............so have a look at what is happening in the North Sea | anley
09/6/2022 13:33 | It's in the latest presentation. TLW Debt $2.6bn CNE Debt $0.2bn ================== Total Debt $2.8bn TLW/CNE Cash $1.3bn =================== Net Debt $1.5bn All at 31/12/2021. CNE's debt has been adjusted for (1) Tender Offer (2) Share buy backs and (3) India Settlement; all q1/q2 events this year. This results in Pro forma 2021A leverage of 1.5x and $1.8Bn of liquidity which includes Tullow undrawn facilities of $0.5Bn. The whole point is that the combined entity will have the fire power to acquire further assets being off-loaded by super majors in West Africa. If the deal goes through TLW will no longer be in 'intensive care' which is where it's been for the last 2 yrs. | xxnjr
09/6/2022 13:31 | Agree thommie but also think tullow would have got better refinancing terms regardless as they are in a much better position now than when they refinanced last. | mcsean2164
09/6/2022 13:05 | Hi, yeah sorry missspoke too loosely there, debt down to 1bn by year end which is standard for a company of its size. apologies | ctc1 |
