Fundamentally company is in a very good shape (much better than most). However Dor has injected far too much negativity into mix, most notably shoot shareholders into foot by destroying equity. Equity = Assets - Liabilities. Recently she's reduced Assets by a whopping +1.5b plus declared that TLW is in serious trouble if OIL under 45 USD pb. All accounting tricks to push TLW into admin. IMO, DYOR...

Must be some doubt the March 31 RBL will be approved, which they are currently in talks with the lenders. Although Dot & sidekicks seemed confident about it on the conference video, very worrying times!

From Griffin in China in today's RNS:
