I am firmly of the belief that we are poised to take off to the happy blue yonder

I am sticking with what I have got not willing to add any more on any unwarranted dip as I have more than enough invested

Prefer to keep my remaining wedge dry for dividend paying shares so will wish everyone happy travels if and when the uncertainty caused by the debt cap is removed

All the best

Half that and it will be at its all time high accounting for the dilution. will probably happen at some point, with 40+ not being impossible when you factor in the next decade will see above average inflation.

One thing i noticed about wetherspoons, they haven't revalued any assets after 1999, which amounts to hundreds of pubs technically being on the balance sheet at 50% undervalued and maybe more. I suspect a lot will be like it and then all of a sudden assets will get priced again.

If your hotel room is 25% more a night than ten years ago and you never market the asset up, then you start making decent profits and also mark the whole basket of hotels up 40+%. maybe 40+ is possible in ten.

I'm staying long but keeping a weather eye open as to when the debt ceiling issue in the United States is resolved one way or the other

I think that is what is overhanging the market at the moment and once it is put to bed then hopefully we will see improved market sentiment

Best of luck all

TUI gave forward guidance that was positive.
Apparently no one believes them.
Must hold and hope, we need some positive results, not just talk.
