20/1/2021 22:32 | The drop will come in advance of the 29th. Look at Rolls Royce and IAG for reaction examples. | notknowing
20/1/2021 22:12 | So you buying more then ? | danb45
20/1/2021 21:12 | It will drop, the equity has been severely diluted, at today’s valuation with the new shares to be issued it would virtually double the float, so would therefore increase the valuation by that much. It has to drop! | bookbroker
20/1/2021 19:54 | But WILL this drop on 29th? I don’t see any chance of that. The drop already happened on/around 12th in anticipation of this so it’s already built into the price. | tomc878
20/1/2021 16:02 | My post 1477 still true and will remain so. Long way to go but I think the idea is gaining traction | undervaluedassets
20/1/2021 14:41 | Should of held on longer ffs | danb45
20/1/2021 11:12 | Have sold my original shares at 404p and kept the rights - don't see how this won't drop on 29th GLA | danb45
20/1/2021 11:08 | so you were short when the rights started trading and therefore received the rights in a short position too I presume ? | danb45
19/1/2021 16:17 | It's getting the entry right this share will booommm best buy as when restrictions lift be winner winner good luck pal | welsh3
19/1/2021 11:28 | Shorting does work if you get the entry right. Always buy or sell when the moving averages are close together. I was too impulsive. | mrfixituk
19/1/2021 09:24 | Yes you can sell some rights and keep the rest. | theark
19/1/2021 09:17 | U been burnt then take the hit and move on nothing u can do shorting is a mugs game | welsh3
19/1/2021 09:12 | Apologies in advance for potentially stupid question: Is it possible to sell some rights and to exercise the remainder? | s3_pde
18/1/2021 17:30 | What did I do wrong apart from being short? Had an original of 9 at 263. Rights issue announced and spreadex opened -7.76 Price 0 -2342.74 loss I wasn't really understanding the situation and bought to close the position. How could I have got out without a loss? Not sure how it was calculated? I previously had a short with Kier but only a £55 loss when a right issue was announced. | mrfixituk
17/1/2021 21:21 | And the airports have got it - might need more than 8m each but another clear sign governments won't let airports / airlines go to the wall if push comes to shove - they're crucial to any kind of recovery | danb45
17/1/2021 21:19 | Same goes for IAG | danb45
17/1/2021 19:37 | The Observer: Industry leaders have said the UK’s aviation sector urgently needs more government support if it is to survive another lengthy period of travel restrictions, as they warn of a deepening financial crisis over the coming months. | master rsi
17/1/2021 18:04 | I think there's a great deal of upside to travel stock to come - we're not post pandemic yet | danb45
17/1/2021 13:11 | Read (or get the audiobook version) this 'The New Great Depression: Winners and Losers in a Post-Pandemic World' (ITunes is a fiver cheaper that Amazon) and you'll sell TUI, IAG, and similar stocks at the bell tomorrow AM. | baconlover
16/1/2021 16:48 | Yes the more I think about it - I might be best selling the original shares up 20percent - have already taken up the rights - any advice, thoughts ? | danb45
16/1/2021 16:30 | Go careful here. Similar happened in RR. The pre-placing rally made us think we were responding well to the fund raising, then the rug was pulled from under our feet. | hodhasharon
16/1/2021 15:50 | The rights are tracking at a discount equivalent to the rights placing price, so no benefit whatsoever in buying additional rights over normal shares. I must say though, I'm rather pleasantly surprised by the performance since the offering, I guess it helps that they are fully underwritten. | currybelly
15/1/2021 19:00 | Anybody have guidance on whether its worth buying more rights e.g. rights valued 306p plus a 1.07euro on top of that to excersise the additional rights just takes the cost of purchasing back to the main share price of ~400p so what is the point of buying additional rights vs. the main share? | pallys
15/1/2021 12:57 | to-days Times, all over 50s could be vaccinated by end of march, don't miss out, get bookin! nice finish, looking good for next wk, see live.parquesantiago. through from oct / april the most reliable place for good weather, we would pay double the prices TUI are asking nai | mike24 |
